The host was very welcoming. Easy check-in and check out. The condo is clean, stylish and comfortable. It's a corner unit with an expanded view. The condo complex is small with plenty of parking. And, you can't get any closer to the beach!

Modern decor with a beachy vibe, is how I would describe this beautiful condo. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to some really great restaurants and shops on Bridge Street. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs provided for relaxing on the beach each day. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting an amazing vacation on Anna Maria Island.

We had the best stay! We went with our 16 and 21 year old and it was perfect. The location is unbeatable. There were restaurants in walking distance as well as a short drive. The condo was impeccable and had everything you needed, from pool toys to games. The appliances were top of the line and perfect furniture for a beach vacation. The beds were so comfortable. It was so quiet inside, you couldn’t hear cars or upstairs neighbors. I honestly can’t say one negative thing. Thank you for a great vacation!!

Had a delightful week at this condo. We sought a simple getaway of sitting on the beach and walking the beach. Was perfect. Location was awesome and low crowds despite “spring break”. Publix nice and close for food. Loved proximity to Longboat and Armand, but was surprised about the impact of 2024 hurricanes on Armand shipping (half the places closed). Surely that will improve. Great 13mi primary to SRQ airport. Parking at condo is awesome and very short walk to beach. Really liked having chairs and umbrellas and not having to rent. That was big. Only improvement we could suggest is that would be nice to leverage some condiments and “basic” foodstuffs (spices, etc) in the kitchen. Such an awesome kitchen for cooking in, which we did a few times. But had to buy olive oil, seasonings, etc. Would be really nice to have these on hand and easy to implement. The kitchen is so nice it kinda “demands” you use it and especially since AMI is small with restaurant options. All in all, loved it. Thank you ! .

Perfect Trip

The home was just as described. Clean. Very comfortable soft master bed. Firmer queens with memory foam in second bedroom but very comfortable for my teen. Not a busy beach even during spring break. The balcony was the perfect spot for me every evening. Nice big tv in the living room. The neighborhood north and south was safe. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. The Ugly Grouper had the best grouper sandwich of all the restaurants I tried.

Amazing!!!

Debbie was beyond accommodating and the BEST to help us find a perfect vacation stay. The location is unbeatable. The pool was so warm and added to the luxury of this home. The kitchen was well equipped and all the bedrooms as well. Ample beach towels, beach toys, and the view is spectacular. I couldn't recommend this place more!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo came with beach chairs and umbrellas which was a great bonus. We did not need them, but there were a view beach toys also. The condo is comfortable and very clean. We had to contact the owner because we could not find a sink stopper for the kitchen sink, and we had a timely response and the problem was solved quickly. You can't beat the views and proximity to the beach - you are ON it! :) Thank you for the wonderful stay here!

We had a wonderful time on Anna Maria due in part to the exceptional condo we rented. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we asked and their listing was exactly as we pictured-no surprises. We would definitely rent this condo again. The beach was beautiful!

A Piece of Heaven on the Beach

We had a wonderful time at Coquina Beach Club. The condo is everything as described and more. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and we appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas as we flew in from PA. We also appreciated how clean the place was! Any communication with our host was answered quickly. We are looking forward to coming back next year!
