The living room features a large coffee table, a comfy couch, and a recliner, perfect for lazy afternoons. Watch movies, play chess, or plug into our gaming system, offering a plethora of gaming options! Enjoy ease of access to the outside upper deck if you need some fresh air and a tranquil view!

The fully stocked kitchen boasts a double-basin sink overlooking the scenic creek, a Keurig, a fridge/freezer combo with an ice and water dispenser, all the cooking essentials, and a kitchen island with extra seating for 4. A great space to lay out your evening spread and snacks galore!

Step outside onto the spacious upper deck, complete with seating and a high-top table— ideal for morning coffee, late-night chats, star gazing, or admiringly the scenic view and wildlife.

Upstairs, the master suite is a dreamy retreat, featuring a comfy king-size bed, and a private balcony with tranquil views. A ceiling fan, Roku TV, and ensuite bathroom ensure ultimate comfort.

Down the hall, get ready for sleepover fun—perfect for kids or extra guests, this room boasts 2 bunk beds! Along with closet space and a Roku TV.

For those that prefer a private retreat, we offer a quaint queen bedroom, with closet space and a Roku TV. Rest easy!

An additional shared bathroom on the upper floor with a shower tub combo invites you to relax after a day of lake adventures.

The ultimate game-lover’s retreat! This spacious bedroom, on the lower level of our home, features a full-over-queen bunk bed, a cozy sofa, Roku TV, plush throw blankets, and an air hockey table for friendly competition. The gaming plug-in offers endless entertainment options, ensuring nonstop fun. With an ensuite bathroom and easy access a family space and laundry, this room perfectly blends comfort and excitement for a relaxing yet entertaining stay!

Step outside into the large backyard, where direct access to Great Creek opens the door to endless water activities. Grab a kayak and paddle out, enjoy a game of cornhole, or relax on the floating mat. Our shed is stocked with life vests, kayak paddles, cornhole sets, and more—everything you need for lakeside fun! In the evening, gather around the fire pit overlooking the water, with firewood provided for a perfect night under the stars.

This home is also dog-friendly, so bring your four-legged friend along for the adventure! With plenty of space to roam and a lake to splash in, this home is as much a retreat for dogs as it is for their humans. Furry friends, rejoice!

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked hospitality closet which contains our cleaning and restocking supplies. Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee.

***Dock & Swimming Info:
The dock is available for tying up a boat. The channel runs at the end of the dock and is typically 3–4 feet deep, depending on the lake level. While the water near the shore is shallow with a muddy bottom, it is swimmable. For better swimming conditions, head about 100 yards to the left across the sandbar, where the water is deeper.**

A car is recommended when visiting our home due to its rural location. There is ample parking available in the driveway. Additionally, ride sharing services like Uber/Lyft are available in this area but pick up times may run longer than in more populated areas; we recommend planning accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay for a $50 pet fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
