Perfect for large groups, family reunions, retreats or weekend getaways. This expansive property features 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, with flexible sleeping space allowing the home to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.



Enjoy gorgeous water views from the Great Room and the multiple decks attached to the home. The home also has two full kitchens and plenty of space for everyone.



The Space:

Private Lakehouse on an acre of Land with gorgeous water views and lake access in the backyard.



The home has two levels. On the first floor, you are greeted with a sitting room opening up to the recently remodeled kitchen and Great Room with 15-foot ceilings.



The Great Room is one of the best views in the house of the lakefront in the backyard, and also offers access to the screened-in back deck and the unscreened second rear deck.



The natural light from all the windows in the Great Room is truly breathtaking. In the evenings, be sure to turn on the Great Room Chandelier for an artificial candlelight setting, to set the ambiance and cozy vibes in the evening.



The screened-in (Deck 1) has an outdoor dining room table for family gatherings on those days you'd prefer your meals outdoors with a view. There is also a minifridge for beverage storage on the screened-in deck.

There is strand lighting around the screened-in deck as well as a small wooden bar with a few barstools.



The Un-Screened (Deck 2) also has an outdoor patio table with an umbrella for shade. There is a Charcoal Grill on this deck that can be utilized by guests for grilling. There is also a Propane Outdoor Heater located on this deck that guests are welcome to use during their stay. (Please feel free to message us on how to turn this Outdoor Heater on and off).



The First Floor Kitchen offers new Quartz Countertops throughout, a small built-in bar area with 2 leather barstools, Matte Black Hardware, and a gorgeous almond cabinet color. We hope you love the Navy Blue Diamond Chevron backsplash tile as much as we do!



Both kitchens (upstairs and downstairs) are stocked with Silverware, Dishware, Wine Glasses, Microwaves, Coffee Makers, Complimentary Coffee Grinds, Fridge & Freezer.



The First Floor offers 3 bedrooms in total - each with a Queen Bed.



The Owner's Suite offers the largest bedroom, with a 40 Inch Flat Screen Google Play TV with all the applications already downloaded (Netflix, HBO, Peacock, Paramount, ESPN, etc). Guests will have to log in to streaming services with their own login information. A dedicated workspace is also located in the owner's suite.



There is an on-suite bathroom attached to the Owner's Suite offering a standing shower, double vanity with quartz countertops, and a Jetted Soaking Tub. The Owner's Suite also offers a sizeable walk-in closet with a baby high-chair and baby rocker. Should you need a child's playpen or children's toys during your stay, please message us directly, and we will accommodate your requests as promptly as possible!



The two additional bedrooms also have flat screen 40-inch ROKU TVs, a dedicated workspace, a queen bed, and walk-in closets.



Completing the upstairs floor would be the laundry room. Should you need any additional linens or towels, they are stored in the Laundry Room cabinets when you first enter the laundry room on the right.



The downstairs access from the first floor is the door closest to the Front Door Entry. The staircase is refinished hardwood with stair tread protectors for pets that may be joining you.



The house is very PET FRIENDLY with all hard surface flooring - please note that the backyard is NOT FENCED and you should keep an eye on your pets when they are outside.



On the bottom floor is a huge entertaining room that connects to a screened-in patio outside with epoxy flooring. There are paddleboards located in the screened-in patio that guests are welcome to use.



The entertaining room has two 55 inch Flat Screen Roku TVs in two separate sitting areas. There is a full bathroom on the bottom floor with a standing shower.



The second full kitchen also offers new Quartz Countertops, floating shelving for Dishware, Matte Black Hardware, and a gorgeous green cabinet color. A dining room table is also located next to the kitchen for downstairs dining.



The two bedrooms downstairs each offer a Bunk Bed set up with a Queen Bottom Mattress and a Full Top Mattress. There are flat-screen 40-inch ROKU TVs in each bedroom. There is a dedicated workspace only in one of the downstairs bedrooms.



The entertaining room has a Foosball table, a Dart Board, a gaming console, and classic DVDs and console games for you to enjoy.



Board Games for the house are also located in the TV Stands downstairs, to include: Monopoly, Sorry, Life, Playing Cards, etc



The backyard has a firebarrel with plenty of chopped wood that guests are welcome to use for firebuilding. Please be safe if building an outdoor fire - guests using the firebarrel do so at their own risk and liability, there are Fire Extinguishers in the home for additional safety.



There is a private dock in the backyard that can be used for launching the paddleboards. The water level is typically 2 to 4 feet right off the backyard dock.



There is a community dock, with deep water access, walking distance from the home, that is great for swimming and free for guests to use - this is also a really good fishing spot!

Other Things to Note:

There is a surround-sound Bluetooth speaker system on the first floor, to the left of the refrigerator.



If you turn the system on, you can connect via Bluetooth to listen to Spotify or any other music app.



The bottom floor also has a Bluetooth separate Dual Speaker system that can be connected to for music.



Interaction with Guests:

It is unlikely you will see your hosts during your stay unless there is an issue you ask us to come look at during your stay.
