"Lagom" is a Swedish term which means "just the right amount." "1" means balance & unity. We have a balanced blend of comfort & amenities. Our colors & textures exude the natural landscape with rich & warm greens, blues, yellows, & cream tones. Enjoy books about Western History & Natural Adventures. We have western films & feel good movies to select from. Games which families of all ages may play while seated around the living room coffee table. Hot cocoa, tea, & coffee to sip & enjoy while you relax. Linens & cottons for comfort. Sip a glass of champagne on your private upper level balcony. Our temperature controlled parking garage has a designated spot during your stay. Come & go quietly at your leisure. On those cold & snowy days, hop into your snow free vehicle & head off in comfort & ease to your next Montana adventure.

To access the SOBO loft building, apartment & your designated indoor parking space, you will use the "LATCH App." Download directly through the "Emailed App Invitation" for the best & most efficient results. The details will be sent from us by email 24hrs prior to your arrival through the messageboard.

This building offers "2 Staircases" on the East & West-Entrances of the building.

The "Elevator" is accessible on the "East Entrance" located along 7th Avenue or from the inside the garage where your designated parking is located.

"Public Street Parking" is free outside of the building along W. Babcock & 7th Avenue. (Review all "House Rules" for further details).

Families please note: This is a top floor apartment & children of all ages must be accompanied while on the outdoor balcony for safety measures. We do offer a Quality Pac N' Play, however; please let us know at the time of booking if you will require so this item may be ready/included in your stay. Just spent five days at Lagom1Stay and it was marvelous. The host was very responsive from the first contact and continued to be available throughout the stay, although there was nothing we needed. The apartment was just as it is pictured and very clean. It is nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The second bed was not used, but was nice to have in case other family members needed a place to stay. Everything was brand new and had an indoor parking spot that made life easy, especially as Bozeman got hit with a snow storm on our second day there. It is about a 30 second walk to main street and then another 5-10 minutes further to get into the hub of downtown. I was very impressed with the apartment, with the host and the location and will certainly stay again when we return!!

Abigail was a fantastic host and the loft was adorable. We had four adults and the place was perfect. The beds were extremely comfy. We like to walk, so for us the location was very close to town but not right in town which was fine for us. When we took Ubers later at night it costs 5-7.00 We started our days with a nice walk to Main Street to hit our favorite coffee spot Wild Joes every morning. We spent two nights and wished we had stayed longer. Everything you need is at this loft and more!!! Highly recommend this loft.

Just excellent all around

The property is very clean, comfortable and quiet and the balcony view of the mountains was wonderful to enjoy (even if also overlooking neighborhood) while sipping coffee or taking an afternoon break! We were so pleased with the location being just a few min walk from downtown yet just far enough to avoid the noise and bustle. Beds and furniture extremely comfortable, great amenities including coffee maker with delicious complimentary coffee—didn’t even have time to enjoy the complimentary wine! Great home base for four days as a graduation present for my daughter and her friend (traveling from NH)—we spent a day in Yellowstone, an afternoon white water rafting in Big Sky, explored Montana State University and downtown Bozeman, visited the Museum of the Rockies, and did the Grizzly Expedition. Shoutout to Stuffed crepery downtown for the most amazing gluten free crepes we had to go multiple times! Only snag was getting in the garage door the first day probably just from getting used to the app and if there was a prob or any questions, Abigail was immediately responsive and even called me to make sure the app was working properly and walked me through it. A delight and great find, highly recommended!

Short trip for college orientation.

The location and accommodations of this condo were absolutely perfect. It’s walking distance to anything downtown and a long walk or very short drive to MSU. The condo itself was quiet and very well appointed with a lot of thoughtful little extras. The entry key system with Latch was really cool and simple to use. Great directions from the host. Highly recommend this condo.

Great Location in Bozeman

This property was just perfect. The host was wonderful, and everything was so perfectly decorated. We truly felt like we could relax. If you’re visiting Bozeman, this location is perfect! It’s right off Main Street and close to tons of restaurants and shopping. We were visiting our daughter at MSU, and we were just minutes from there.

Abigail's unit was just right for us. It is a beautifully appointed space. The beds are superior and this 4th floor balcony has a lovely mountain view. The building is secure but simple to access with Latch app. The location is an easy and safe walk to downtown and the Coop (best food in town) is 2 blocks away. Abigail was quickly responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend both Abigail and this fine unit.
