We had a wonderful stay at this Property. We stayed a month and loved everything about it. Big space. Great pool. Steps to the beach (across the street). Nice restaurants and grocery shopping nearby (Costco, wholefoods, Trader Joe’s Publix). Baby safe with lots of amenities. The owner Jack was super communicative and helpful. He gave us many local recommendations as well. We would definitely rent this place again.

Excellent family vacation- didn't want to leave!

Highly recommended! We rented this house to be near the beach for a week. It's in a great location, spacious, clean, comfortable and the pool is awesome. We loved the beautiful private backyard, felt like our little oasis, even the teens were happy! We went out for dinner some nights, or used the bbq grill on the patio when we felt like staying in. The kitchen is spacious, ready to be used and well stocked. We didn't need a thing except for our own food. Grocery stores are conveniently located, and the waterfront restaurants are within walking distance. For beach days, we took advantage of the equipment at the house; beach umbrella, chairs, wagon to carry everything and there are plenty of beach towels (sand toys if you have littles). That was a big plus because many beach vacation rentals do not provide those items. We had a fun week, felt like we did it all; beach, pool, biking (bikes in garage), deep sea fishing, and toured around the area. Thank you so much Jacob & Laurie, cannot wait to return!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful time together with plenty of extra perks to make this stay special. The owner was very communicative throughout the process and helpful during the stay when we had questions. We could walk to many amenities but most importantly the beach was just across the street. A 3 min walk! What a special time for our family!

Our family of 8 ranging in ages of 8 - 55 had a wonderful time. Our original vacation was intended on the Gulf coast and due to Hurricane Helene, we had to quickly adjust our vacation last minute. Laurie/Jack are truly the best.

Family vacay

The house was really close to a beautiful beach! We needed five bedrooms all we pretty good sized! It had a table in the kitchen that sat 8 chairs w the highchair! They had plenty of baby things such as a crib and when we needed some guidance for example we couldn’t get water out of the refrig door he was there the next Day and saw that it was the filter that needed to be changed, and then he went out to the store came back and it was finished before we even noticed that it was done. And also one other time I had to call him to say that was a Good trick to keeping the water in the tub he told me there should be an item which he sent me a picture of it but I couldn’t find it and it was at the house the next day! Jack and his wife were top notch hosts! Thank u for helping us make family memories w our family!!💜

Wonderful multi-generational stay in a great location

Our family, including grandparents, adult children, and 5 grandchildren, had an unforgettable week-long stay at this exceptional vacation home. The home was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and spacious enough for our large group. The bedrooms were thoughtfully arranged to provide privacy and comfort for all. The highlight of the home was the sparkling pool, which provided endless entertainment for the kids. The removable fencing around the pool gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax while the children played. The home's location was ideal. We enjoyed a short walk to a pristine beach, where we spent hours building sandcastles and splashing in the waves. Nearby restaurants and shopping centers offered a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. Jack, the property manager, greeted us warmly upon arrival and was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Super location and house

My two children and their 4 and 5 year olds, spouses and me Granny had a wonderful stay. The location to the beach very easy and the extra beach wagons , chairs and umbrellas very helpful. The pool was warm and used all day when not at the beach. The kitchen was incredibly stocked and very easy to work in. The beds very comfortable and everything super clean. Jack met us and was there for anything we needed. This was another success story for me renting from VRBO.

Family 2022

This house was ideally suited for our coast to coast family 1 year old to 90 years. The location was perfect for access to a spectacular neighborhood with beach access on the ocean and the intercostal (small shallow) Our host was responsive to any questions we had. The three bedrooms on the first floor was a tremendous convenience for our physical needs! The prescience of a toddler gate around the pool was an awesome safety measure. We look forward to future gatherings!

Perfection!

Perfect vacation home! There was plenty of space, inside and outside, for two families of four, plus a grandma. Each family got their own indoor areas, including bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool in the backyard was amazing - heated, big enough for jumping, and even a pool gate for the three year old. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The house even came stocked with beach toys, which was basically across the street. Also, the hosts were incredibly easy to get in touch with throughout the booking and staying process. We loved every second we spent in this amazing place and will certainly book again in the future!

5 star setting to make treasured family memories

We had THE BEST family week together staying at Laurie and Jack’s property during the time that our son got married. The location was prime with the beach across the street, the pool in the backyard and so many other things that we didn’t even have time to explore! Our grandchildren were happy every second of our stay and our children such fun times together as well. Laurie and Jack were so accommodating and extremely responsive! Book this place for a memorable time

This is a beautiful, clean home with an incredibly inviting back patio and pool. The short walk to the beach is an incredible plus. All the supplies you’ll need are provided: beach wagon, ironing board, complete kitchen full of equipment, pool toys, crib-you name it-it’s there!

Great property for family reunions

This home had everything a family needs to reconnect and relax . Our hosts were very communicative and caring. Homeowner provided toddler gate around the pool as we had younger children with us. We all relaxed and had fun!
