Our fully renovated boutique-style home is perfect for a northern Michigan getaway!!! Thoughtfully designed finishes and furnishings, fully equipped and spacious kitchen with large butcher block island, beautiful bathrooms, plus new linens and ideal location.

The home interior also features an open living/dining room, three bedrooms comfortably sleeping 6, two baths, and large laundry/mud room addition. Outdoor patio off dining room offers great sunset views and peaks of Lake Charlevoix, just one block to downtown shops, restaurants and festivals, and Lake Charlevoix's Peninsula Beach.

NEARBY, guests will find wineries and breweries; galleries; farms and orchards; some of northern Michigan's best hiking and biking trails, and awarding-winning golf courses throughout the county. The neighboring towns of Charlevoix, Walloon Lake and Petoskey are perfect for day trips.

Seamless communication and logistics. House was spacious, clean, and kitchen was well-appointed. The only suggestion would be to soften the interior lights for a cozier feel. Location was amazing, just two blocks from the main drag of Boyne City and an easy drive to Boyne Mountain for skiing.

This VRBO was exceptionally clean and spacious for our family. The kitchen was huge and had all the amenities needed. Washer and dryer were a great plus. The neighborhood felt safe and we had timely snow removal. Super close to downtown, the ski hill, and to good restaurants. Would recommend to others!

Nice location, close to downtown Boyne, the home was clean, appreciate the 2 full baths. Only issue is i messaged the owners right after i booked, they didnt respond, I don't know if they check their Inbox, wished communication would've been better.

Freshly updated and only a 2 block walk to town. It was nice to park for the weekend and be able to walk to the lake, shopping, restaurants and water sports rentals. Had a great time.

Loved the house, very comfortable, very clean. It was well- stocked with all sorts of supplies. Thank you! Just a couple of suggestions: please provide coasters for the table and wooden counter to prevent water marks. The master bedroom has no electrical outlet near one side of the bed so we had to go buy an extension cord in order to use a c-pap machine. The back bedroom needs a shade or window covering to prevent a lot of light from entering the room in the morning. The bathtub in the hall bathroom is very slippery and could use a rubber mat to prevent falls. The dishes were great but there could be a few additional coffee mugs. The switch on the small lamp in the twin bedroom did not work very well. We loved the house! It was a nice place to come back to each night after our sightseeing adventures!

Clean, updated, comfortable home!

Property was a great location, we walked to restaurants, coffee, and shopping downtown. Very close to the water! House was very clean, kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything you might need. Enjoyed sitting outside on the patio.Lots of construction directly in front of and next to house. Nothing owners can do about the small inconvenience of that.Overall, it was a great stay!

Wonderful!

Had a wonderful time on our long weekend get away. Loved the proximity to town and very short drive to Boyne Mountain. The house was very clean, updated, spacious. Plan to come back next winter or sooner!

Great house, great location, great owners

We had a great stay. Everything in the house seems brand new. Great layout for a family. Walking distance to Boyne City shops and restaurants and a very short drive to Boyne Mountain. Owners were great. There was an unforeseeable pipe venting issue (not uncommon in new renovations) and the owners called in at least two teams of plumbing experts to fix it immediately. They even comped us a bit for the inconvenience. And Michele is a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!

Spectacular Property

The house was bright clean and fully stocked! The beds were super comfortable and the location couldn’t be beat. Three minute walk to downtown restaurants and shops and a short 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. Will be back for sure.

Nicely updated, well stocked

The house was well stocked with items in the kitchen, plates, various cups, pans and dishes. The host thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable for people of all ages. There are story books, adult books, board games, sidewalk chalk and cornhole for outside. They provided soaps, shower supplies, tissues, plenty of toilet paper and laundry products. The house and linens were all very clean. The house was recently renovated and they have done a nice job with the decorating and layout. It is about a block to walk to the lake and only have a peek of the lake from the end of the driveway. It was easy to walk to everything downtown. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shop and bakery. This house is on the main road and you get a lot of traffic noise. That would be the one negative we had for our stay. It was difficult to sleep with the road traffic on the front bedroom.
