The Lake Experience
Enjoy direct access to your private dock on Lake Charlevoix (located just across the road from the home). Launch a kayak, float in the clear water, or lounge on the dock with a good book as boats drift by. Beach chairs, beach towels, and life jackets for kayaking are provided to make your lake days easy and comfortable.
After a full day outdoors, relax in the year-round hot tub on the spacious deck while taking in panoramic lake views. Whether you're visiting in the heat of summer or during peaceful fall evenings, the lake is always the star of the show.
Please note: the dock is available for loading and unloading only; boats may not be tied overnight.

Large panoramic windows fill the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with natural light and lake views. Comfortable furnishings create a welcoming space to gather after a day on the water. This home does not have AC. It does have fans in all of the rooms so you can enjoy that lake breeze.
