The home has one full bathroom and comfortably accommodates a maximum of six guests. Each bedroom is prepared with comfortable, hotel-quality bedding for a restful night after exploring Boyne City, the lake, or the mountain.
Outdoor living and fenced yard
The fully fenced backyard is especially convenient for guests traveling with dogs. The larger property also has perimeter fencing, giving guests room to enjoy the peaceful farmstead surroundings.
Spend the morning outside with coffee, relax beneath the covered patio after a day at the lake, or take an evening walk through the property while imagining its original days as part of an 80-acre farmstead established during Northern Michigan’s lumber-boom era.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the home and designated outdoor areas. A separate small cottage is located on the property and is occupied by a long-term resident. The cottage and its side-gate area are private and are not included with the rental.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire main home, designated outdoor living areas, the fenced backyard, and complimentary parking. A personalized keypad access code will be provided before arrival for convenient self-check-in.
Please remember that the separate cottage and its adjoining side-gate area are privately occupied and are not part of the rental.
Dog policy
Up to two dogs may be permitted with advance notice and payment of the applicable pet fee.
To keep the property comfortable for everyone:
Dogs may not be left outside barking.
Guests must bring waste bags and clean up after their dogs.
Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture.
Guests are responsible for cleaning any pet-related messes.
Please include all dogs accurately when submitting your reservation.

Checkout is before 11:00 a.m.
Maximum occupancy is six guests.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
The separate cottage on the property is privately occupied and off-limits to rental guests.
