Reminder:  All homes under management with Lake Gaston Vacation Rentals use linens that are prepackaged and sanitized for your protection.  This extra measure in sanitation has been in place since COVID, and it ensures you are staying in the cleanest and safest environment that we can provide.  We also guarantee that you are not sleeping on a bed where other guests have brought their linens from their own beds reducing the likelihood of bed-bugs, mites, chiggers, etc.

To get you started...

The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy hair dryers, soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use.   Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

The kitchens are stocked with one roll of paper towels, one trash bag for the kitchen trashcan, trial-size dish soap, two dishwasher pods and 1 sponge.  You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

A few more tid-bits...  :)

1.  Trained service animals are welcome!  Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy.  We can help arrange lodging for your pets at a local boarding facility during your stay. Please let us know well in advance, as they fill up fast.

2.  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

3.  Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats. Please make sure to bring your bumpers!.

4.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your Bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving, and the water levels can flucuate daily!

5.  Life Jackets: While a variety of life jackets are provided, they are not guaranteed in every size. Please bring life jackets specific to individual needs.

6. Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home is monitored by 5 exterior security cameras in the following locations: 
1) Exterior corners of the house
2)  Boathouse
3)  Storage area (Owners only)
4)   One in the laundry room, but the camera is covered

7. Boat/Jet Ski Trailers:  The HOA prohibits the storage of boat  or jet-ski trailers on the property.  Guests will need to find alternative storgage for their trailers.
