ROOM FOR EVERYONE
With 2,200 square feet of space, there’s room to spread out or gather together. Curl up in the window seat overlooking the bay with a cup of tea and a book. Choose from a curated selection of board games and craft supplies, settle into the oversized living room sofa for a cozy night in, or challenge someone to air hockey or an arcade game in the game room. End the evening with a glass of wine on the deck as the sun sets across the water — every room offers a breathtaking view of Discovery Bay and the surrounding mountains.

BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and expansive bay views. Down the hall, a charming bunk alcove with a private sink and privacy curtain delights kids and teens. On the lower level, you’ll find a second private bedroom with a queen bed. Each sleeping area is conveniently located near one of two full bathrooms.

KITCHEN
The well-stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, whether you’re preparing a farm-stand dinner or a simple breakfast before exploring. Full-size appliances, a dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, and serving pieces are all provided — plus a bag of locally roasted coffee beans for your morning brew.

THE SHIPWRECK THEATER (Private Movie Theater)
Welcome aboard the Shipwreck Theater — your private, immersive cinematic escape. Sink into oversized plush red velvet power recliners, arranged in true raked theater seating for perfect sightlines. Movies come alive on a 98" QLED screen with Dolby Atmos surround sound and dual subwoofers. A real ship’s wheel, curated lighting, and an in-room popcorn maker create an atmosphere that feels like stepping onto a vintage vessel set for adventure.

OUTDOOR SPA AMENITIES
Step outside for a true spa experience. Enjoy the jetted hot tub, rinse off in the heated outdoor shower, or relax in the cedar barrel sauna — all positioned to overlook the bay. From May through September, take the kayaks out on the calm waters or gather at the fire pit for stargazing and s’mores. In any season, the views are spectacular.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS
Guests have exclusive access to a private pebble-and-sand beach reached via a scenic trail through an old-growth ravine. At low tide, walk for miles along the shoreline and watch for eagles, herons, seals, and otters. It’s the perfect setting for nature lovers, photographers, or anyone needing a moment of quiet connection with the outdoors.

Tucked back on a wooded acre, the Discovery Bay Lookout feels peaceful and private. A winding path leads through evergreens to panoramic water views. While there is one neighboring home and a few gravel driveways nearby, the property maintains a strong sense of privacy and serenity throughout your stay.

GUEST ACCESS
During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire cabin and all amenities — including the private hot tub, cedar sauna, game room, movie theater, and outdoor spaces.

There is a small guest cottage on the property that remains unoccupied and locked during all reservations. No one else will be on the property, ensuring a private and quiet retreat.

A wooded trail leads from the cabin through the trees to your own private pebble-and-sand beach. It’s perfect for beachcombing, wildlife viewing, kayaking, or sitting at the water’s edge with a cup of coffee.
Beach access varies with the tide, especially in winter months. For the best experience, we recommend checking tide schedules before planning shoreline walks.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We respect your privacy and want your stay to feel effortless. We’re available by text or phone for anything you need—from local recommendations and restaurant tips to help with the amenities—but we give you complete space to enjoy the retreat uninterrupted. CAPACITY & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests total. The third sleeping space is a cozy semi-private alcove with twin bunk beds, a dedicated closet, sink, and a privacy curtain. The top bunk is designed for children only. Please refer to the floor plan in the photos for layout clarity.

SOUND & LOCATION
The property sits well back from a two-lane highway and is buffered by trees and a steep slope. It is possible that you may hear occasional road noise when outside, but inside the cabin, along the beach and on the deck, the experience is peaceful and serene.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Early check-ins and late check-outs are rarely possible. Our cleaners need the full turnover window to prepare the home and all amenities to the standard our guests expect.
