We had an incredible stay at Sandy Point Villa. The villa is brand new and beautifully designed, with premium finishes, high-end appliances, and luxurious bathrooms throughout. The layout was perfect for our group, featuring four spacious bedrooms, including two master suites, one on each floor, which provided excellent privacy for multiple couples or families.The outdoor space is truly spectacular. The infinity pool overlooks the water, and you can walk directly from the backyard, past the pool, and onto the beach. The beaches around Sandy Point are absolutely beautiful and incredibly private, often feeling as though you have your own secluded island. During low tide, we were even able to walk toward Parrot Cay.The villa is at the mouth of the marina, allowing our fishing and snorkeling guides to pick us up directly from the villa, making excursions extremely convenient.Michael was an outstanding host and connected us with Sandy Point’s private chef, who was excellent and very reasonably priced. One of the highlights of our trip was having him prepare an amazing dinner using seafood he had caught earlier that day.For the quality of the home, privacy, amenities, and location, we felt the villa offered exceptional value especially compared to the parrot cay properties just a few hundred yards away. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Sandy Point Villa.
