***IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SUMMER GUESTS: The house is equipped with an evaporative cooler (or "swamp cooler") instead of central air conditioning. This system works efficiently in Boulder’s dry climate, providing cool, fresh air by drawing it through a wet filter. The swamp cooler is available from May through the summer months.
