We spent a lovely weekend at this beautiful property with my 2 sisters for a birthday getaway in Boulder. We were so delighted with quiet, beautiful location right at the base of the foothills but minutes from Pearl St. Parking was easy with a provided covered parking spot and plenty of free parking right on the street in front. And entering into this gorgeous living space felt like we were in a magazine! We assume the owner is a collector and curator of beautiful art and high-end design, yet everything was intentionally created to provide a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The host thought of every last tiny detail and included so many thoughtful little touches and amenities from bath products, sleeping masks, bathrobes, games, and a well-stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING. And the beds were gloriously comfortable. This property offered the perfect pampering experience we were envisioning! Thank you for making us feel so welcomed!

The condo was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. Everything you could possible need was somewhere. Location was perfect for access to the University and town. It is on a very quiet street and has beautiful views. The host was on call and available for questions. I would 100% stay here again!

Convenient location, well appointed and decorated apartment, coded doors, extremely well equipped including some of those rarely needed but well appreciated herbs, spices, utensils. Stocked library, games, bathrooms. Only a couple of minor appliance issues quickly addressed. We missed that it was on the third floor which is great for views but challenging if you’re not a stair climber. Overall A grade and we’ll definitely return!

This is a terrific apartment for a Boulder stay. It's location provides easy access to the Boulder Creek Trail and it is only a short walk to Pearl Street. The host provides lots of extras, like tea and toiletries. Great views from the living room!

Fantastic place in great area of Boulder

We stayed at Laura’s place for three nights while visiting colleges. It’s in a great neighborhood, not far from Pearl & Walnut streets. The condo is SO nice and bright with large windows. Very spacious, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a balcony, large living area and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable too! We loved Boulder and will definitely want to come back and stay here again. Laura was very accommodating and responded to any queries right away.

Great time in Boulder

The condo was fantastic. Very clean, comfortable for our family of 4. Great neighborhood, loved being able to walk around and be close to a park. Within 5-10 minutes of restaurants, shops. There is no elevator for the building. Unit is top floor so take into account for luggage, etc.

Perfect Boulder Rental

My wife and stayed at the condo for a work conference in Boulder and it worked out perfectly for us. The condo is spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Property manager was attentive and our stay could not have been smoother. Love the eclectic decorating taste of the owner.

Even better than described!

Staying in this fantastic apartment was a truly wonderful experience. It felt more like staying in the home of a good friend with great aesthetic taste. The apartment was impeccably clean, and generously stocked with all of the things that you would expect a thoughtful friend to think of. There were plenty of accessible supplies, extra toilet paper, paper towels, tissues
 even extra towels. Laura had coffee beans and teabags, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar, and basics for the kitchen that often have to be purchased and then end up being wasted. The beds and pillows were really comfortable-unusually so for a rental. The showers were really nice. There were ample towels and basic bathroom supplies like Q-tips and tissues. The view is fantastic, it was quiet, and the apartment is right down the street from a great hike and from the creek. Parking was available on the street and behind the building. The apartment was decorated complete beautifully with great artistic touches
 Books in the bookshelves, blankets on the couch, art on the walls. Literally the only thing you need to consider is that there's a staircase from the parking to the apartment and then from where you leave your shoes in the mud room to the actual apartment. Laura thoughtfully checked on us by text and was readily available though we needed nothing. And finally, the apartment is both walkable from town about a mile
 And easily accessible by car would definitely stay here again and in fact, we hope to.

Awesome mountain-facing high-end apartment

A very special place with lots of space, lots of light, great views, and high-end finishes and decorations. Units is very well maintained and very well stocked. Apartment is in an interesting and very peaceful residential neighborhood some 20 minute walk from Pearl Street mall via a nice pathway (or a 5 minute drive). Go hiking up the Flatirons just outside the unit or drive 10-20 minutes to any number of hiking trails. Unit has covered parking and is on the third (top) floor of the building. Boulder has an almost unbelievable number and types of restaurants, shops, coffee bars, and bookstores. For something unique, take a free tour of the Liberty Puzzle factory or take a ride in a sailplane at Mile High Gliding. We look forward to returning to this delightful unit!

Wow!

The location, the host, the amenities..... this VRBO was easily the nicest we've ever stayed in! Anything we could have needed was provided. Our hostess, Laura, couldn't have been nicer and she responded to any question we had almost immediately! The place had wonderful natural light, was spotless, and was decorated beautifully. Its location was 8 minutes from our daughter's wedding venue and 10 minutes from the rehearsal dinner on Pearl St. Even the free on-street parking was plentiful and we were given one parking spot in a carport. Our stay here just enhanced our daughter's wedding. Thank you, Laura, for a wonderful stay!
