Welcome to our spacious and inviting home, perfect for gatherings of family and friends!
Dining: Our lovely, open dining room comfortably seats 12 people, with 8 at the table and 4 at the kitchen bar. It`s the perfect setting for enjoying meals together, engaging in lively conversations, and creating cherished memories.
Comfort: Our home features central air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable year-round.
Living Spaces: We have two spacious living/family rooms for your enjoyment:
- First Living Room: this large living space, which is open to the dining room and kitchen, features a comfy couch (no TV), perfect for relaxed conversations or quiet reading.
- Second Living Room: This large family room offers a large sectional, a queen sofa bed, and a large flat-screen Smart TV with streaming capabilities, as well as an Xbox/Blu-ray player. We also have a piano for your enjoyment.
Kitchen: Our open, updated kitchen features a skylight, large sink, disposal, new refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, flat top electric stove, and pantry.
Laundry: Enjoy the convenience of a modern, high-efficiency full-sized washer and dryer.

Our home is uniquely laid out across four distinct levels, offering plenty of space and privacy for large groups.
Top Floor (Upper Sleeping Level):
Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed. Features a compact ensuite bathroom with a small shower.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed.
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed.
Full Hallway Bathroom: Shared bathroom (shower/tub) serving Bedrooms 2 and 3.

Yard & Outdoor Space: Our home includes a yard and a deck off of the kitchen with an outdoor grill and dining set for your enjoyment.
For the kiddos: our property is equipped with many things you might need for a comfortable stay with kids. We offer a pack `n play for the little ones, a selection of children`s toys and games, a highchair for easy mealtime, and some children`s books to keep your young readers entertained. Additionally, we provide children`s plates, bowls, cups, and utensils to make dining with your family even more convenient.
Guests will have complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire home and backyard, except for one room and the garage, which are reserved for the owner`s storage and housekeepers.
With 2750 square feet of living space, there`s plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.

Our home is in Southeast Boulder, and is near many great bike paths, beautiful hikes, and recreational activities. It is a 1 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to the East Boulder Recreation Center, which includes an indoor pool/hot tub, workout facilities, gym, and outdoor playing fields (with views of the beautiful Flatiron mountains). The home is a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Boulder and about a 7 minute drive from the University of Colorado. Homes in our neighborhood were built in the late 60s/ early 70s.
The home is a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Boulder and about a 7 minute drive from the University of Colorado. It is recommended to use a car, but we do have access to public transportation. The bus stops just 3 houses down 3 times per weekday and it is only a 5-10 minute walk to other more frequent stops. The bus can take you to downtown Boulder in about 15 minutes (or CU campus in 10), and we have access to bike/walking paths that extend all over town. Feel free to ask us for help on bus routes and path information.
Our home features a split floor plan with four different levels, each having approximately 6-7 steps. Accessing the bedrooms requires going up or down these steps.
This is an owner-occupied home, which we rent out while we`re on vacation.
We have a small dog, but she will be with us during your stay.
We take a water-wise approach to our yard, so if you prefer lush green grass, this may not be the right fit.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
