Stunning, newly rehabbed Farmhouse-style home just steps away from Boulder's iconic Pearl Street Mall, restaurants, bars, shopping and hiking trails. We have consciously created this 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom gem as a place where guests can feel at home and enjoy the very best of Boulder- and with that intention as our driving force we have left no detail unattended to.

Large, open floor plan with tons of natural light. Here are some of the many features of our property:

*Kitchen: Spacious and modern with silestone counters, Kraftmaid cabinetry, professional series Frigidaire appliances, Includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee machine, Cuisinart toaster oven, Vitamix blender, Instapot, Breville electric tea kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

*Living room: Plush sectional with premium queen sleeper, 50' smart tv with hulu, netflix, amazon etc, electric fireplace, a cozy game nook stocked with a wide selection of board and card games and a bookshelf stocked with books you can read during your stay.

*Master Bedroom and Bath: King bed with organic, GOTS-certified mattress and bedding, 42' smart tv with hulu, netflix, amazon etc, electric fireplace, extra large free-standing soaking tub, standing shower, double vanity, towel warmer, and organic shampoos and lotions.

*Bedroom #2: Queen bed with organic, GOTS-certified mattress and bedding, work station including desk and wireless printer, and in-suite jack-and-jill bathroom access.

*Bedroom #3: Queen bed with organic, GOTS-certified mattress and bedding and in-suite jack-and-jill bathroom access.

*Throughout: hardwood flooring, modern finishes and cozy, modern, farmhouse-style furnishings, child-proofing and lots, lots of plants (because plants make us feel happy and alive and we hope that they will make you feel happy and alive too). We also care deeply about our health, your health and the health of our planet and therefore we are allergy friendly and use chemical-free cleaning products, low/No VOC paint and furnishings, and an ERV/HRV Energy Ventilation Recovery for 24 hour HEPA filtered fresh air. We are also a net-zero ready home and a no natural gas electric home.

Shane and Nicole’s home in Boulder was our favorite rental house yet
 and we’ve stayed in many. It is adorable, well decorated, comfortable, and well appointed. Everything was very clean, organized, and labeled. Big plus for me. The hot tub, sauna, and fireplace in the primary were very nice extra perks. Highly recommend choosing this home for your next stay in Boulder!

The home was very welcoming and the hosts were always prompt with their replies. The hosts make every effort to attend to every need, from a well-stocked tea and coffee station with milk frother, Keurig, and traditional coffee maker, a thoughtfully labeled and fully appointed kitchen (it has cooking basics like spices, oil, vinegar, and even some bonus Chocolove chocolate straight from Boulder), and bathrooms supplied with sensitive skin and hair products, cotton swabs, and hair dryer, plus all of the other typical amenities like cable television and WiFi (that work perfectly). The home is in a fantastic location and a short walk to Pearl Street. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our family of five to unwind together in a cool, scenic town. We highly recommend this home!

Amazing place and host. Without a doubt, this is the best VRBO experience I've ever had. The house is amazing, everything about it is top notch. Starting each day with a cold plunge and sauna time was truly fantastic. Highly recommend staying at this house if you are in town.

Family stay to meet our new Grandson!

Perfect setting for our 4 adult children and their 6mo baby girl to meet up with their brother and his new son here in Boulder! Great location, walkable to Pearl and to 29th st Mall, Appointed like a private home right out of Anthropologie home decor! Adorable back yard to hang out unfortunately it was a pretty rainy week, very organized and specific attention to detail by the owners.

Incredibly thoughtful home

We will look to book this property again every time we are in Boulder. It’s an incredibly spacious, cozy, thoughtfully designed home. The owners truly thought of every last detail — my wife even wrote down ideas for our place! Although you’re steps away from Pearl St, it’s a quiet sanctuary with all the amenities you could want. The hot tub was a nice touch in the winter too. We felt so at home here for the few days and are so grateful.

Perfect Location

The house is located in a perfect part of Boulder for a family vacation. It is within 5 minutes of amazing restaurant after amazing restaurant. And the home itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Our hosts were also very responsive when we messaged them. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Football Game Getaway

Booked this place last minute to attend the UC | Utah football game. Great location. Easy walk to the stadium. Place is well appointed and you can tell the owners take tremendous pride in the rental. Very clean and kitchen is well stocked. We will consider this location again when we are in town.

Charming Boulder Farmhouse

My husband and I had a great time in Boulder staying in this charming house for a month. We had two sets of teen grandchildren join us at different times, and the house was perfect for us and a couple of teen siblings. The guest rooms each have a queen bed. One has a desk (perfect for the teen doing an online math course), and the other one has a nice chest of drawers. The rooms share a small Jack-and-Jill bath. We could easily walk to the restaurants and shops in the Pearl Street area, and we could also drive to Voodoo Donuts, favorite burger spots, Whole Foods, Target, Safeway, and many other places in 5 minutes. Beautiful hiking trails were all around us. Everything in the house was in great working order (especially important was the A/C as it was hot while we were there). We could not have been more comfortable and were sorry to leave.

Adorable Rennovated Bungalow With All the Amenities

This is an unassuming house on the outside and on a corner lot. The inside of the house is fully rennovated with a state of the art kitchen, warming fireplace, lots of light, gorgeous master BR and bathroom, and a great hot tub just outside the door. There is a parking slot (though muddy when we visited in January). We had serveral questions, all of which Shane answered quickly and courteously. We felt very at home as a family of 4 adults. Highly recommend!

Fab modern farmhouse

We loved everything about staying at Nicole and Shane’s adorable historic home. They have impeccable taste and the home was well designed, tasteful, cozy and so organized (discreet labels everywhere!). In addition, they were able to grant a slightly later check-out, which was very much appreciated, since 10am seems too early. All in all a fabulous experience and we will be back!

Perfect Boulder Family House

This house was lovely and surprisingly quiet and peaceful given it's on a busy corner. The kitchen and bathrooms are new and well appointed and there are great spaces outside and in to work, hang out or have a family meal. Home is located near everything Boulder has to offer and Shane and Nicole were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this property!

Family vacation

We had three generations staying at the house. We even had a 4th generation from time to time. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a highchair and pack n play there which we put to good use. The backyard was a great space. We had meals out there as well as a few fires in the fire pit. The house was within walking distance to Pearl St., Colorado U and Trader Joe's. The owners were very responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this home to other friends visiting Boulder.
