The Space:

Surrounded by white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, and a welcoming island atmosphere, this bright and spacious three-bedroom home in Bottle Creek offers an easy and comfortable setting for a relaxed island getaway. Ideal for up to six guests, the property is made up of two separate apartments, providing extra privacy while still allowing everyone to stay together—perfect for families or groups of friends.



Each apartment features an open-plan layout designed for everyday comfort.

Inside, you’ll find:

• A fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances.

• A dining table for enjoying meals at home.



All bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and air conditioning to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Each apartment also includes a modern full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, offering a clean and refreshing space to unwind after a day out.



Peaceful, practical, and well located, the home is less than a five-minute drive from grocery stores and the beach, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a calm place to return to at the end of the day.

Guests have exclusive access to the home, which has 2 apartments, each with their own entrance.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in a tranquil area of Bottle Creek Lagoon and is less than a 5-minute drive to groceries and the beach! The area is an exceptional destination for water sports, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat tours, and kiteboarding! North Caicos and Middle Caicos offer deserted coastlines, ocean cliffs, and caves waiting to be explored. Having seen very little development, these two islands conspicuously lack the bustle of Providenciales and Grand Turk, and you’ll often have miles of beautiful beach to yourself, not to mention all the fun and adventurous activities! Catch the vibrant and colorful sunsets or go to the Atlantic side for sunrise.



Getting Around:

Island Access: North Caicos requires a scenic 25-minute TCI Ferry ride from Providenciales (runs 7:30am-4:30pm daily).



You cannot drive directly from the airport - the ferry is your gateway to the island! Book your ferry after confirming your international flight arrival.



Local Transportation: We highly recommend renting a car to fully explore the island's gorgeous beaches and hidden gems. The property is conveniently located just 3 miles from North Caicos Airport, and we provide free parking for one vehicle on-site - perfect for your island adventures!



Other Things to Note:

Important: You cannot drive directly from the airport to the property — you must take a ferry.



Bottle Creek is slightly off the beaten path, near a peaceful national park. We recommend renting a car to explore the island.



North Caicos is about 12 miles northeast of Providenciales and accessible via a scenic 25-minute TCI Ferry ride, which runs daily from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. There are no commercial flights to North Caicos airport, so after arriving on your international flight to Providenciales, be sure to book your ferry reservation accordingly.

In-person meet-and-greet awaits! Please notify us of your arrival time 24 hours in advance, and we'll be ready to welcome you and handle your check-in.



What to Expect:

Water Supply: As with many Caribbean islands, water pressure may vary during peak usage times. We appreciate your understanding as the island manages sustainable water resources.



Booking Requirements:

Upon confirmation, you'll receive a simple rental agreement. For some booking platforms (not ABB) a temporary security deposit hold is required and released after departure when terms are met.



House Guidelines:

Age Requirement: Primary booker must be 21+

Quiet hours after 10 pm

No parties or events

No more guests than those on your reservation



Smoke-Free Property:

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. No recreational substances on premises



Property Care:

Please keep furniture in place.

You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay.

Government ID may be requested at the moment of booking (not ABB)
