We are located 1 min walk to Waltham Commuter Rail Station, buses to downtown, famous Moody street & Main street with 50+ restaurants, grocery stores, ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. Easy commute to anywhere within Waltham, Boston, Cambridge, Watertown.

Ideal place for working professionals, families, or someone visiting Boston for the weekend. ATTACHED GARAGE PARKING INCLUDED for 2 cars.

`WOW!` best describes this Waltham’s newest townhome.

This 7 room townhouse features 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half baths on 3 levels of living area. The home boasts an open floor plan on the main level featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel gourmet kitchen, a dining room with coffered ceilings and main living area with gas fireplace and œ bath. This floor also provides direct access to a private courtyard with plenty of room for outdoor dining. The third level features 3 bedrooms, off which 1 master bedroom has an attached master bath. There are ample of closet spaces in the 2 bedrooms.

Adding to the space is an entertainment room located on ground level with 100 inch projector and home theater system, its own œ bath and direct access to the outside and an oversized 2 car garage.

The condo has 4 levels.
- Mezzanine level has attached garage,1 family room (with optional air bed) and half bath,
- 2nd floor has family room, kitchen and dining area along with another half bath, and
- 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms (including master) and 2 full baths
- basement featuring additional sleeping (bunk beds) and game room

Property amenities include full stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms with smart TVs, game room, central A/C(except basement has fan) and heater, exclusive garden access with outdoor dining/seating, fireplace and grill.

Plus, house comes with 2 car garage parking and ample street parking. A RARE LUXURY in the Boston area.

ADDITIONAL:
We do have video surveillance of the front door, driveway & backyard which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties and events.

With easier access to commuter rail station & public transport, one must be aware that the house sits in a vicinity of rail tracks and there could be distant rail sound during the busier times of the day.

Quiet hours: The neighborhood has families staying in other units. (10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours). Loud music/noise/events strictly not permitted.

PETS:
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
- ⁠No unattended pets
- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).
- ⁠Clean up after them inside and outside. Dog poop needs to be bagged and disposed off from the yard also.
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.
While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, but additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all!

SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY
This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.

Please DO NOT leave the yard fence closed at anytime. The other units have access to the egress (pathway) while you have exclusive access to the grass area in the backyard.

Public transportation to Boston, Charles River Trail and Moody St are all within walking distance. Just minutes away from Brandeis, Bentley and 15 mins ride to Harvard & MIT.

The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.

We used this unit as base of operations for our daughter's wedding at the Charles River Museum. This is a lovely well kept home. That said, Be warned that there is a commuter rail train about 50 feet away that starts running at around 5am on weekdays. It shakes the entire house. Bathrooms and kitchens are completely renovated. And there is laundry on the 3rd floor. There is garage parking on ground floor which must be used. Street parking is by permit, or 2 hours max. The garage holds 2 cars. So I don't know what you do if you have more. And The garage barely fit the Jeep Wagoneer that I had rented. Its 4 stories of stairs, so maybe not great if you have older people with mobility issues. Its advertised as sleeps 10. But there are actually 3 queen size beds in 3 bedrooms, and 2 bunk beds in the basement, which is 8 . I guess the other 2 get the sofas in the family room? Host was great about communication, and responded quickly to questions.

Great Location for Families

Clean, well appointed and spacious. Close to downtown Waltham. Lots of stairs, may not work for anyone with mobility issues. Bathrooms have been recently renovated. You can hear the train from the house, the tracks run very close by. Kitchen has everything you need and the washer dryer is very handy upstairs. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect for the holidays with family

Perfect for holidays with the family! We set up a tree and hosted our family by cooking Christmas dinner in the well appointed kitchen. We also took advantage of the location by taking the commuter rail to Boston —ice skating at the frog pond, the MFA, and the freedom trail. Very comfortable stay.The bottom room with bunk beds is too far from the rest of the bedrooms for small children so we took the mattresses upstairs :)

Lovely property

We stayed over Head of the Charles weekend with crewmates. Easily accessible and convenient location to access the event location. The host was responsive to my questions. Note - it is near a train track - and notable for guests particularly sensitive to noise. You can check the schedule out of Waltham to know the exact timing. Lovely property and location!

"Perfect Location, Spacious Property, and Excellent Host—Highly Recommended!"

My husband and I, along with five friends, recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO property, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely ideal—conveniently situated within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and a beautiful walking trail. We also appreciated how close it was to downtown, making it easy for us to explore the area. The property itself was perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing meals together a real pleasure. We enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the spacious, open living area, which was perfect for socializing and playing games. The comfortable layout and ample space made it easy for everyone to relax and have fun. The host was extremely responsive to my questions, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. This added a nice level of comfort, knowing we could get quick answers if needed. One thing to note - it is near a train track. We heard the train occasionally, but it did not diminish our ability to enjoy the space. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with our stay and would definitely choose this property again for future trips. It offered everything we needed for a memorable and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommended!
