Bienvenue dans notre condo récemment rénové situé à Newton!

Dans les environs, vous pouvez accĂ©der Ă  n’importe quel endroit de votre choix. Il vous suffit de marcher moins de 10 minutes pour vous rendre aux transports, au cinĂ©ma, aux restaurants, aux pubs, aux aliments complets, etc. Si vous allez Ă  Boston, Fenway Park, Back Bay, la gare du Sud et l'aĂ©roport ne prennent que 15 minutes en voiture.

Le condo qui a 2 chambres et 1. 5 salles de bain au premier étage d'une maison multi-familiale. Il a une entrée avant et arriÚre.

Vous pouvez utiliser n'importe quoi à l'intérieur du condo, nous fournissons du café et du thé k-cup. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont au rez-de-chaussée.

Le quartier est trÚs accueillant, paisible, sûr et calme.

The property was in a quiet convenient location, it was well equipped with two toilets , one in a bathroom. The 2 beds were comfortable and the bed settee was a good third. Communication with the owners was excellent. All in all excellent location and worked well for us on marathon weekend with good access to Boston central by train

A Wonderful Newton Home

Behind an ordinary exterior in Newtonville lies this wonderful, comfortable apartment. The apartment is carefully decorated and incredibly cozy. It has an excellent kitchen and the location is a short drive to Trader Joe's, West Newton Cinema and other local highlights. Bing could not have been more helpful. We'll be back.

Wonderful Place!

This apartment is so nice! Great for our family of 4 staying over Thanksgiving. Very nice, very clean, and comfortable - just like it is described. Pictures represent it well which isn't always the case! Proximity to the city and other conveniences is great. It is also nice to have a designated parking spot so you don't have to worry about street parking. Owners communicated great. We would definitely stay here again!

great place to stay for getting into Boston

Great place to stay with easy access into Boston and around the western suburbs. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and most importantly, CLEAN. Very easy check in and parking. One caveat (but not a negative) is that there's no separation between the living and kitchen spaces or the two bedrooms which was fine with us but just something to keep in mind if that's a need you have.

The property was comfortable and we felt at home. With a 90-year-old with us, that was very important! It was easy to get in and out of the property from the back lot. We had all of the necessary kitchen items for light cooking. The property was very clean with plenty of storage space. The location was convenient to Newton villages and the highways. I would recommend!

Homey apartment

We had a lovely stay here. Property is exactly as described, the pictures give a good sense of the place. Host was very welcoming and easy to stay in touch with as needed. Close to a Trader Joe's (walkable) so it was easy to stock the kitchen and do some simple cooking. Felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming apartment in convenient neighborhood

This newly renovated, first floor apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood close to many conveniences. It is very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the off-the-street parking lead directly to the back door. Our stay was excellent.

Comfortable, clean, and great location

This was the perfect place to stay to visit Boston. It was near the bus stop (less than a quarter mile walk) to take the bus to downtown. It was less than 2 miles from the train/subway line. That made it very convenient for going into downtown without needing to drive and battle traffic. Bing was friendly and was easy to reach by email or text message. Although, we didn't have any issues, so we didn't have any need to get a hold of her. The rental is beautiful and comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it.

A great location for traveling in and out of Boston. The accommodation was incredibly clean and recently updated. It has everything we needed and more! It exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
