The estate sits at the end of a quiet, private drive in one of Dedhamâs most established residential areas, surrounded by mature trees and classic New England architecture. It offers a calm, neighborhood setting while still providing convenient access to major routes into Boston and surrounding communities.
A short drive brings you to Dedham Square and Legacy Place, where youâll find everyday essentials, grocery options, cafĂ©s, restaurants, and retail. Nearby parks, walking paths, and the Charles River area offer opportunities for jogging, cycling, or simply getting outside between work and school commitments.
For academic and professional visits, the home is wellâsituated for driving into Bostonâarea universities, hospitals, and business districts. Typical drive times (trafficâdependent) place you within reach of downtown Boston and institutions like Harvard and MIT, making the property a practical base for extended stays.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire 8,000+ sq. ft. home and the private 2âacre grounds during their stay, including the yard, patios, and seasonal pool.
Entry is handled via a secure, keyless smart lock system; your unique access code and arrival details will be provided before checkâin. The property includes a large private driveway (and garage, where applicable), offering convenient parking for multiple vehicles and easy unloading.
Our team may visit the exterior periodically for routine maintenance such as landscaping, snow removal, and pool service (in season), scheduled to minimize disruption. Otherwise, the home is your private residence for the duration of your stay, and we remain available by message or phone if any issues arise.
The outdoor pool is typically open seasonally, weather permitting, roughly from early May through midâOctober. Specific dates and availability may vary with local conditions.

**The space**
This 8,000+ sq. ft. home sits on a private 2âacre lot and is designed for comfortable longâterm living. Multiple living rooms, a large dining room, sunrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen provide plenty of space for families, colleagues, or multiâgenerational groups to spread out, work, and relax.
Natural light fills the main living areas, highlighting hardwood floors and classic decor. Several lounge spaces offer sofas, armchairs, smart TVs, board games, a small library, and fireplaces, creating quiet places to read, work, or unwind at the end of the day.
The kitchen features fullâsize appliances and everything you need for everyday cooking: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, and glassware. A grand dining room, breakfast table, and seating at the kitchen island make it easy to share meals without feeling crowded. The inâlaw suite offers its own smaller kitchen and dining area for added convenience and privacy.
There are six bedrooms in the main house and two in the inâlaw suite, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for longer stays:

**Home Preparation & Cleanliness**
The estate is professionally cleaned and inspected before each new tenancy. Our housekeeping team follows a thorough cleaning process so that the home is ready for everyday living at checkâin. For longer stays, we can help arrange additional cleanings on an asâneeded basis.
**Optional MidâStay Cleaning**
For guests on extended visits, optional midâstay cleaning services are available upon request. These may include fresh linens, basic kitchen tidyâup, trash removal, and light cleaning of common areas, scheduled at times that work for you.
**Support During Your Stay**
We are happy to help coordinate practical services typical for longerâterm residency, such as additional cleaning or local service referrals. Any thirdâparty services are arranged directly with providers and are subject to their availability and terms.
**SmokeâFree Home**
