Just minutes from Salem and within walking distance to the commuter rail, you`re easily connected to Boston. Located on the 3rd floor of a charming, older building, this home offers a cozy, no-frills stay. It’s not fancy, but it’s full of character and great for your next getaway!

The walk-in pantry offers extra food storage, and the pantry also features a full coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker and supplied K-cups to kick-start your day. The oversized sink provides ample space for all your kitchen needs.

A Cozy, Character-Filled Stay



This apartment is on the 3rd floor of an older building, full of character, and offers a cozy, no-frills experience. While not fancy, it’s a comfortable space for guests seeking convenience and charm in downtown Beverly. With its prime location just minutes from Salem and a short walk to the commuter rail, you`ll have easy access to Boston and all that the area has to offer!



✔ The entire apartment will be exclusively yours and is a single-level home. It just requires stairs to get into the building because it is on the 3rd floor

✔ Guests will enter via a self check-in system.

✔ Please know there is no dedicated parking. It is street parking only. There is a public lot that is visible from the apartment and is a few minute walk away that will always have a spot for you. It just costs 50 cents an hour 8 AM-8 PM Mon-Sat ($6 a day) and allows overnight parking for free. Parking on the street right outside the apartment is the same thing but is $1 an hour instead of 50 cents ($12 a day). This option is a little more expensive but could get you a spot right outside the apartment.

✔ We welcome pets! Only a one time pet fee of $15



Please message me through the Airbnb app if you need anything and I will get right back to you. If it`s late at night and I`m asleep and it`s something that absolutely needs me call my phone twice and it will ring the 2nd time wake me up and I will be able to help.



✔ The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an older building, so please note there are stairs to climb.

✔ The space is professionally cleaned after each stay for your comfort and peace of mind.

✔ We are pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along!

✔ There is no dedicated parking; street parking is available. Most of the time, you’ll find a spot right outside, but it can be a bit trickier to find one at night. If you need assistance, just reach out and we’ll help you find a spot!

✔ We provide high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.

✔ Please note, this is a no-frills, cozy apartment with plenty of character—perfect for a relaxed stay, but not a fancy space. If you are the type of person that is capable of checking in and then wanting to leave because the space isn`t as nice as you thought please don`t book this place. I don`t write this with an attitude it`s just a suggestion based on what I know will be best for both of us!
