If it is determined guests are having a large gathering or party OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call the police for disturbance. Guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Violations may result in removal without refund. ($1,000 fine if discovered)

‱ No unregistered overnight guests or visitors. Children are considered guests and must be included on your reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. (Violation of this rule will result in a $200 fine per person per night)

2. Guests are responsible for damaged or missing items. Property and all furnishings are to remain in good order. Household Inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectful level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.

Unapproved late checkout will incur a fee of $100/hr. Checkout is 10 AM.

3. No daily housekeeping is provided.

4.There are 2 exterior security cameras: 1 at the main entrance, 1 facing the parking— none face inside. Tampering will result in termination of your stay without a refund.

5. The host is not responsible for parking tickets or any violations. Guests are responsible for all parking tickets or law violations.

We had a great stay in Somerville! The apartment was spacious, clean and in a perfect location to get to all sorts of activities while we visited the city. The host was also very supportive in helping to resolve an issue during our stay which was very important for our visit. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!

The host is great and communication was easy and clear throughout the stay. The location is great, easy to rideshare or drive to and from Boston, and both a Whole Foods and a convenience store nearby were great for grabbing groceries on a pinch. The house is relatively clean, the beds and furniture were clean, but some areas like floors and bathrooms could use more dusting. There was plenty of space for our party of 8 from the kitchen to the living room and bedrooms. The fifth bedroom was smaller than we expected and could only fit one double bed, so if looking to fit 9-10 people, just be sure to account for that. There was a spare rollaway bed and futon, which came in handy. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and loved the location.

We could not have asked for a better experience staying at this beautiful Somerville home after another reservation was cancelled at the last minute. My wife was celebrating a 15-year college reunion, and we brought our two daughters and the grandparents along to share in the milestone — meaning we needed a space that could comfortably accommodate everyone. This five-bedroom home delivered on every front.The two-level space was incredibly roomy and well-appointed, giving our whole family plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy quality time together without feeling on top of each other. The location was absolutely ideal — close to campus in Cambridge, walking distance to wonderful restaurants, and just a short trip to Lincoln Park, which the kids loved.Hanna was an exceptional host — she was flexible with our reservation in a way that took so much stress off what was already a busy, meaningful trip. We would return without hesitation and recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located home in the Boston area. Thank you, Hanna!
