Master Bedrooms features a deluxe King bed with our indulgent custom linens, fluffy duvet, and plush pillows, two night tables with lamps, clock radio, dresser and very spacious closets.



Second Bedrooms features 2 (two) deluxe Queens/Fulls beds with our indulgent custom linens, fluffy duvet, and plush pillows, two night tables with lamps, clock radio, dresser and very spacious closets.



The Living Room includes a sofa, folding bed (at request), two chairs, an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four and a work desk with lamp and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. This is a penthouse on a floor higher than 15th floor, the roof top is located on the last floor of the building and is not attached to the property. The views are gorgeous from the living room and both bedrooms that come with floor to ceiling windows!



The gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The kitchen features Shaker-style birch cabinets and tile floors, granite counter tops and full-size Energy Star GE s stainless steel appliances (four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side full-size refrigerator with ice maker), toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee, tea and sweeteners are provided. *disclaimer* pictures might be different than the real apartment because we have multiple units in the building and we do have varieties of furniture items. Parking is free for monthly stays*.

-Note: If you need a folding bed, you need to let us know at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to your arrival. We'll try to accommodate your same-day request as much as we can, but it's not guaranteed if not planned unfortunately.

- Each guest have 1-2 hours to check the apartment and send us a message in case of anything missing/unclean so we can verify and react to ensure smooth check in process and comfortable stay. Any requests after this time-frame will be postponed until next day, thank you for understanding and cooperation

-Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed. Max guest capacity is 3 for One-Bedroom, 5 for Two-Bedroom, and 7 for Three-Bedroom --Unless agreed with us before checking in. Violators will be asked to leave immediately with no-refund.

-Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave.

-Smoking or Partying violation $500.

-Please note that all guests who over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID's, no exceptions.

Beautiful property but not as listed

The location and property were awesome. However, the listing says it has 2 BR's, 1 with a King bed and the other with 2 Doubles. There was only 1 bed in the 2nd BR. There was a cot folded in the closet but it was covered in dog hair. We needed 3 beds so we ended up with my son on a blowup mattress, which was disappointing for the price paid. The listing also said the living room had 2 twin beds. There were 2 very well-loved couches that you couldn't comfortably sleep on. Also the floor to ceiling windows offered a beautiful view but not any darkness for sleeping. We have stayed in many places that had floor to ceiling windows and there were always stylish, heavy, room darkening curtains stylishly tied back. We ended up buying eye masks at CVS. Great location and property but not for us.

Very nice, clean, good location

My husband and I stayed here with another couple, our good friends. We had a blast! Clean apartment with everything you need. Good location to walk to Boston Common and public garden, near train to museums etc. The second bedroom did not have two beds as listed but one queen bed which worked out fine but not sure why it said two beds. All around a very nice place and felt like home!

Location was great price was reasonable

I was disappointed that we could not check in earlier, like we were told 24 hours before we got to the property. The check in process though was really easy. Only other issue was the A/C unit in the main bedroom was really loud and kept us up all night.

The condo was nice and the check in easy. However the listing was inaccurate which was a problem for our group. The listing showed 2 beds in the second bedroom but there was only one. Two people had to be on rollaways in the kitchen/ living room area.

Great property and location

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this building (two different units). It’s a central location with a short walk to T, Newbury, Garden/Commons, etc. The building has a gym, lovely roof deck and front desk attendants who are helpful and friendly. Hosts are super communicative and responsive!

Great apartment

Space was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4. A couple of quirks- no extra toilet paper in the master bath, maintenance came in to fix one of the beds 3 days into our stay vs at the beginning, alarm system was being tested early one morning. None of it was overly intrusive. Overall, a great stay for all. Thanks!

Excellent Central Location

This was an excellent central location for our visit to Boston. Many of the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. There was plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The unit itself had everything we needed!
