Discover your ideal retreat in our 3-bedroom apartment, flooded with natural light and design furniture. Nested in a VERY QUIET street, safe family neighborhood. The apartment is on the first floor of a 1900's vintage 2 family home. It is conveniently located on the bus stop and closes to all major Highways I93/95. From the #215 bus transferring to the MBTA Red Line and minutes from downtown Boston. Steps away from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, fast food and coffee shops.
This home is on a quiet street for those looking to relax after a busy day. Our charming holiday apartment, with one parking lot in the garage and off-street parking.
Access to the space is through the main or back doors of the house. There are no shared spaces but the main doors. The home has more than ample sleeping accommodations and has 3 bedrooms to accommodate 11 travelers. Friendly pets, if they are trained.
Unwind in the well-decorated living room with the smart TV 55inch and kitchen, flooded with natural light from the windows. Sink into the cozy sofa or gather around the wooden dining table for memorable meals.
Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the master bedroom, furnished with a king size bed with a smart TV. Other bedrooms are perfect for kids or other singles, featuring bunk beds.
We live on a friendly, tight-knit and quiet street, please plan a quiet stay.

We have exterior camera can check this anytime. If you stay with wrong number of guests, we have a right to terminate your reservation with no refunds.
2. Any extra or unexpected guests must be notified before checking in. There will be extra charges. No extra guests are allowed on the property without prior agreement. Only registered guests in the Vrbo Reservation are permitted to stay.
3. Any visitors, overnight guests without previous approval from us, or joining in any illegal activities in our property will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
4. No parties, events, no smoking, and please no heavy drinking. No illegal activities anywhere on the property, this includes drugs and internet activity, illegal downloading. If you are intoxicated and causing disturbances and destruction to our property, while on our premises, you will be evicted. You will be reported to Vrbo and leave the house immediately without any refunds. Any visit from the local police department will result in immediate eviction without refund too.
5. Please also be mindful of our neighbors, and keep the noise to a normal level, especially when coming or leaving early in the morning or late at night. The quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
6. Our kitchen is limited for light cooking only and not intended for heavy cooking for a large group.
7. An additional cleaning fee will be charged, if an excessive amount of mess you left behind or stains on the rugs or carpets, that requires special cleaning services.
8. Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise.
9. We use Ring and Noise Aware in our homes. Ring is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the homeâs EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system installed in the living room that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
10. We have exterior only security cameras for the safety of both our guests and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
(*) NOTE FOR THE PET LOVERS:
- The extra fee will be charged for EVERY PET together. Extra pet fee: $45 per pet per night
- We love cat but we do apology, your cat will be welcome if the owner have the properly protect methods (i.e. the furniture sheet covers, cat's claw's protector, cat's cage...)
- Follow the other pet rules:
+ No pet on the furniture/bed
+ Clean up your petâs waste carefully
+ Bowls in the kitchen
+ Dogs must be leashed
+ Before you leave, please sweep any pet hair and dispose of waste in outside trash.
