This is a very well located 2 bed apartment with nearby parking (a very rare amenity in the Cambridge/Boston area). You'll be close to MIT, Harvard, the Charles River, as well as several shopping areas and grocery stores that have everything you'd need during your stay.
This is a great place to stay for your trip to Cambridge or Boston area.
The Space:
Beautiful 2-bed with lots of room to call your own. No living room as this unit is arranged for maximum kitchen and dining space.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is conveniently located near Kendall Square. It is especially ideal for those who need to be near M.I.T., Holt Business School, or the burgeoning biotech industry in East Cambridge.
Getting Around:
Whether walking, biking, or driving, you'll be able to get to your Cambridge and/or Boston destination easily from this location! 9 minute walk to tons of local restaurants, shops, eateries, and Star Market grocery store. 15 minute walk to M.I.T. and East Cambridge biotech hub, including the world famous Biogen and Pfizer companies. 10 minute walk to Union Square T, to take you into Boston and 20 minute walk to Kendall Square T to take you anywhere in Cambridge or Boston.
Street parking limited to Cambridge residents only (except for Sundays). If you need parking, let me know asap. I have nearby spots I can assign you (just a few blocks away) but I'll need advance notice to ensure they're available to you. Uber and Lyft are also extremely affordable and always available in this part of town.
Other Things to Note:
Looking to do a bit of shopping while in town? Be sure to check out the Cambridgeside Galleria (just a short 15 minute walk down the road from this location), where you'll find plenty of stores and delicious restaurants to keep you entertained!
