The house has a separate entrance at street level with a small outdoor space, convenient to store strollers and beach toys, otherwise in the way inside the house. The entrance door opens onto a private staircase that leads to the second floor where there is a small hallway, a double bedroom, a children's room, a comfortable bathroom with bathtub, a cozy living room-kitchen and two balconies, one of which is a service.
