This two-story apartment is part of a larger home (with its own private entrance) that sits one house up from the tip of the harbor itself. It's a walker's delight, with driveway parking provided and so much within a one-mile stroll (including all of downtown, the Boothbay Harbor Footbridge, Boothbay Lobster Wharf, and Barrett Park). This is a prime spot for day-trippers as well, whether you head to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens (three miles) or out to Monhegan Island.

The house is full of the simple charms of the Midcoast. Relax outside on the patio and get the gas grill going for lunch, or wander across the street to Brady's for an alfresco meal on the water.

The main floor brings together a sunny living room with a smart TV and an eat-in kitchen with every essential. There's high-speed WiFi throughout, as well as a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.
