Walk in the private front entrance to the open and airy great room with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace and a large smart TV. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, granite counters, and all the essentials you’ll need for preparing quick snacks to delicious full-course meals. There’s room for everyone to enjoy them at the dining table for six, with additional bar seats for four. King suite with ensuite bathroom located as only bedroom on this level.

Step outside onto one of the three backyard decks and relax with the sounds of the babbling brook flowing down the mountain hill. There is also a hot tub to enjoy on the lower level!

On the upper level you will find the 2nd king bedroom with separate couch area, smart TV, ensuite / private full bath, including bathtub with jets, luxury breathable linens & extra pillows and blankets.

The basement level is equipped with a king-size bed, a queen-size pullout couch with high quality foam mattress & smart TV. Kids and adults alike with enjoy the 80`s throwback arcade game with 60+ games pre-loaded.


Guests will have full, private access to the entire property. The resort center is shared with resort members. You can use the indoor pool, gym, game room and bar at the resort for an added fee.

Within a VERY SHORT drive of the cabin are wonderful resort amenities available to you and your family. Yonahlossee Resort features an indoor heated 75 ft pool, ping pong table, a newly renovated full fitness gym facility with locker rooms, a game room with ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball, and a wine and beer bar with fireplace, soft seating, sand shuffleboard, and darts. Information is inside the property for accessing these facilities.

Havenwood is very conveniently located less than 15 minutes to the wonderful shopping and dining in both Boone and Blowing Rock. It’s even within delivery distances for grocery and a wide variety of food delivery services! Two of the best fine dining restaurants in the entire High Country are less than five minutes away: The Gamekeeper and The Table at Crestwood (reservations recommended at both.) All of the best High Country attractions are within a short and scenic drive away, including Tweetsie Railroad (20 minutes), Valle Crucis (15 minutes), the town of Banner Elk (25 minutes), Grandfather Mountain (30 minutes), Sugar Mountain (25 minutes), and Appalachian Ski Mountain (18 minutes).

- This property is PET-FRIENDLY for an additional rent of $150 per reservation. Pet fee must be paid prior to check-in or $250 fee may be applied. Mature dogs only. Max of two. Must be crated if left alone at the property.
- Guests of Havenwood may enjoy the Yonahlossee Resort amenities for a fee but cannot access the tennis courts.

Please note: During ski season, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs unless the house is unoccupied by other guests on the day of your arrival or departure.
Pet fee must be paid prior to check-in. If you need to add up to 2 dogs after you book please message us and we can request the pet fee and update the reservation.

Smoking indoors will result in a $300 fine.

Please pick up after your pets in the yard.

Late checkouts may be charged extra fee of $100 without prior pre-approval.

By using the hot tub, I acknowledge the risks involved, including but not limited to drowning, heat-related illness, chemical burns, and injury. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages and release The homeowner and their associates from all liability. I confirm that the area is safe, and if I feel otherwise, I will leave immediately. I understand the hot tub is not suitable for pregnant women, children, or those with medical conditions without consulting a physician. Use is limited to 15 minutes at a time, and alcohol/drug use is prohibited. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided, including maintaining cleanliness and properly closing the cover after use. I waive all rights to legal claims for injuries or property damage and understand this agreement remains in effect during all future uses of the hot tub. I agree to be liable for any damages caused by negligence or recklessness and to cover any related costs.
