Description: Located in the resort of Echota, this downstairs Timbers floor plan condo (stair access only) features two level living with two living spaces. These spacious condos are great for two families or families with children, each with their own space to enjoy. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room with gas log fireplace, primary bedroom, bathroom and ½ bath. Access to the covered deck is provided from the living room or the primary bedroom as well as the mountain views. The primary bedroom is spacious with the primary bathroom attached. Located downstairs is another living room area as well as the guest bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. There is also access to the covered deck downstairs through the living room or guest bedroom. This condo is downstairs with stair access only (7 stairs total).

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing.
