Mountaintop at Yonahlossee Saddle Club is a beautiful 3 bedroom home atop 5 acres with views and privacy.

Located at one of the highest peaks of Yonahlossee, Mountaintop exudes peace and comfort. A wrap-around deck on this log home gives you many places to relax and enjoy the mountains. On the main level, you'll find the newly remodeled kitchen with plenty of counter space for meal prep and all stainless steel appliances. The dining table holds six guests and four more seats are available at the counter. The living room features a wood burning fireplace stacked to the top of the vaulted ceilings. The 65" smart TV with Hulu Live hangs over the mantle. The first of three suites is on the main level. This is a king suite with a ceiling fan and smart TV. The private bath has a tiled shower and granite countertops.

Upstairs are two more suites. The second King suite has a ceiling fan and smart TV. The bathroom has a tiled shower with built in bench and a tub. The third suite has a twin over queen bunk bed and a full bed. This private bath has a tub/shower combination. Also in the loft is seating and an arcade game.

Outside, kick back and relax on the deck as you enjoy the fresh mountain air. Grill up your favorite meals to share or head to the firepit in the yard and toast the perfect marshmallow as you gaze up at the stars.

Yonahlossee Resort features an indoor heated 25-yard lap pool, game room space with pool table, ping pong table, & foosball table, and a newly renovated full fitness facility.

- Guests do not have access to the amenities of Yonahlossee while staying in this home.
- Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
