This breezy home away from home enjoys a fantastic enclosed lanai and back patio where you all can gather and create everlasting memories together. The star is definitely the heated outdoor pool featuring a beautiful spill-over waterfall. Spend your evenings cooling down in the sparkling water or enjoying a refreshing beverage at one of the many poolside tables. The covered patio features a full-size fridge, an outdoor dining area, a huge smart TV, and a gas grill. Prepare delicious culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers, and a beautiful dry bar area. Attached to the kitchen is a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and a sink.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is an application required to obtain a car barcode. This application is $20 and is needed to drive through the gate at the community in front of the community that this home resides in.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
