🏖️ PRIVATE BEACH PARK ACCESS

-Guests enjoy access to a private beach park via the Bonita Bay shuttle service.

-Shuttle pick-up is conveniently located directly in front of Wild Pines on the main road.

-Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for guest use.

-During peak season, an on-site grill vendor offers reasonably priced cold drinks, sandwiches, burgers, and fresh salads.

🚣 COMPLIMENTARY KAYAK ACCESS

-Guests may borrow kayaks free of charge at Spring Creek Park within the Bonita Bay community.

Neighborhood Overview

Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs is an upscale gated community located twenty-four minutes away from downtown Naples and fifteen minutes from the beach. You'll feel right at home in this welcoming and friendly neighborhood! The neighborhood offers wonderful amenities for people of all ages, so regardless of who is in your travel group, you'll find something to love in the neighborhood!

✔ Bonita Bay Beach: A private beach club--no need to bring umbrellas and chairs! In the summer, there is ample free parking at the private beach. Guests also have access to kayaks and a kayak launch.

✔ Walking and biking paths: Boardwalk through two types of mangrove and a butterfly garden.

✔ Full-service marina: Enthusiasts, take note! There are many marinas and boat ramps for those who bring their boats to Bonita Springs.

✔ Golf: More than 20 golf courses to perfect your swing. Many are open to the public and include some designed by golfing legends.

Please note:

-All local golf courses will require separate payment (and some require membership), we will not help you sign up for golfing. (There is no golfing included with your stay).

*The beach shuttle for current guests now travels to Lovers Key instead. Beach chairs and umbrella services are available. The shuttle also stops at Docs, and the beach restaurant.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Starter Supplies:

We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00 PM.

Television & Subscriptions Policy

Guests may not subscribe to premium TV or streaming services on the property's accounts. Pay-per-view and premium content can only be accessed using your own account and payment. Unauthorized charges will result in a fee to cover costs and administrative expenses

Pet Policy:

This property is not pet-friendly.

Baby Bundle:

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
