This 2097 sq. ft. Spanish style ranch home in a one story, open floor concept, 10-foot cathedral ceiling throughout, three bedrooms (Bedroom 1 - King, bedroom 2 - Queen, and bedroom 3 - 2 twins), 2 full bathrooms, den, office space, great room opening up to an enclosed lanai, and a huge separate dining room. Beautifully fully furnished and comfortably decorated that you would feel like your home.

Light and bright open floor plan with sunlight through large sliding glass doors that fully open up to the outdoor lanai area. There are plenty of seats in front of a 65" TV in the spacious family room, which is perfect for family gathering, enjoying movie nights and playing board games! Master bedroom also has a 55" TV for your enjoyment.

You can enjoy the tranquility while making your special dishes in the gorgeous chef's kitchen with granite counter tops, antique copper sink, and newer stainless steel appliances (electric stove top, wine refrigerator, refrigerator, oven, microwave and more). When you are ready to eat, there are seating for four at the kitchen counter and for six at the kitchen table or you can wine and dine in the great dining room.

The neighborhood itself is very safe, friendly and welcoming. It is not on a major road so the traffic is quiet. An office desk is available for anyone that may need to work from home or who would like a change of scenery and warmer weather. ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood is very safe, family-friendly and welcoming in an HOA community. Our house is not on a major road so the traffic is quiet. Our community has a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, and private picnic area just one block away. There are plenty of grocery stores and good restaurants close by for you and your family to enjoy. We are located half mile from major shopping malls, ~ 6.5 miles to nearby beaches, only minutes to downtown Bonita Springs, very near Bonita Springs' famous "hole-in-the-wall" authentic Mexican eateries, and we are about 15 miles to Fort Myers Airport (RSW). This location is convenient and the sunset at the beach is spectacular!

SOME HOUSE RULES: 1. No smoking/vaping in the house and it premises. 2. No use of any illegal drugs by any guests in or on the grounds of the property. 3. No pets of any sort are allowed in the property. 4. No parties or large gatherings. Quiet hour is after 10:00 pm. 5. No consumption of alcoholic beverages in or on the grounds of the property by any minor under twenty-one (21) years of age. 6. No commercial trucks

PARKING: Driveway parking is available. You are welcome to use the garage remote control to access the garage for parking. Please only park on driveway or in the garage. Parking on the grass and streets ARE PROHIBITED.
