Workstation with view of 75-inch TV & Gulf. 2 new aluminum beach cruiser bikes, Tommy Bahama beach chairs & umbrella.

This Bonita Springs, Florida property is an 8th floor studio condo at The Beach & Tennis Club that is across the street from Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach. There are numerous great restaurants, bars, ice cream and coffee shops, convenience and grocery stores all within walking distance (across the street) or a bike ride of 0.5 to 1 mile for most with all essentials within 2 miles. The Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers is only a 30-minute drive. Once you arrive at the Panoramic Beach Oasis in Bonita Springs, FL, you can spend your days at the epicenter of two of the best beaches in SWFL with pristine powder, white sand and turquoise waters. Go to the beach, walk to Doc’s Beach House for at the beach dining and drinks or walk to Coconut Jack’s for bay water views with great food and drinks. Most other restaurants are within a 1-mile bike ride. Downtown Bonita Springs with new venues added on a regular basis for nightlife, entertainment, activities, and restaurants are within a 5-minute car ride. North Naples is just minutes away by car. Downtown Naples and Fort Myers Beach are within 30 minutes by car.

You will be memorized by the beautiful 8th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico/America from the start of the day with panoramic views of the turquoise waters and beach to direct views of beautiful sunsets. The studio condo is luxuriously decorated with all new furniture and linens and has been recently completely renovated. Everything you need for your stay is provided for you. There are 2 new aluminum Townie Electra – Trek beach cruiser bikes provided for your use, which allows you to access all essential surrounding areas without the need for a rental car. You will love the condo interior and its proximity to the beaches and restaurants. The condominium community is still under renovations following Hurricane Ian in September 2022, but you will see the potential of what this will be like once common areas are completed.

The condo is at the Beach & Tennis Club (“BTC”) with 2 community heated saltwater pools and two pickleball courts that are free to use on a first-come first-serve basis. Hurricane Ian hit SWFL in September 2022 and caused significant damage to the common areas. All the essential items have been repaired and renovated, but there are a few common areas that are still undergoing repair or soon will undergo repair. The 2 community pools and all building elevators are completely functional. The open-air atriums have palm trees, pavers, lighting, and water fountains, but are awaiting the lush landscape plants that are planned. Walkways/Sidewalks are currently being renovated. Pool lounge chairs are functional but have not yet been replaced with the beautiful new pool lounge chairs, tables and chairs that are being planned and will eventually be installed. Hallway walls and ceilings have been freshly painted, but walkways are still awaiting fresh paint. The building elevators work great but have not yet been renovated inside. The property has a marina, but it is still awaiting repair and renovation. The property will again be a lush tropical beach, pickleball and tennis destination, but renovation plans are still being developed. Due to the renovations that may be taking place during your stay and not yet completed, this offers the opportunity to stay at one of the most centrally located beach vacation destinations in SWFL for a discounted price. Rental rates reflect this discount. Renters that stay during this common area renovations work may earn preferential status over new renters to stay at the BTC in the future once renovations to the common areas are completed. We hope that you take the opportunity to stay at the current discount rates to become a preferred guest and we welcome you back to stay at the BTC when the common area renovations are completed.

Screened balcony that has direct Gulf of Mexico/America views that faces west with some of the most amazing sunset views. A polywood surfboard table with a bottle opener and two swivel polywood sling patio chairs. Nicely decorated with 4 sand dollar beach towel/swimsuit hangers, sunset/palm trees and sea turtles.

The condo features an open-air floor plan with large sliding glass doors and a new screened front door that when the doors are opened allow fresh Gulf Coast air to flow through the living space.
High-speed Wi-Fi Internet with up to 1Gbps speed from Xfinity/Comcast.
75" smart TV with Xfinity/Comcast cable subscription that is viewable from the entire living area.
JBL Charge 5 Bluetooth speaker.

Granite countertops and stone backsplash with white cabinet soft close drawers/doors. Keurig coffee maker. Ninja air fryer. Stainless-steel toaster. Undercabinet lighting and lighted ceiling fan. Deep stainless-steel sink with stainless-steel container, stainless-steel drying rack, and removable cutting board. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, dishes, drinkware, silverware, knives, cookware, storage containers, barware and all the utensils you need. The living room features a custom-made full leather sofa sleeper from American Leather with the Comfort Sleeper sofa bed, which is considered one of the most comfortable sofa sleepers. This is not your normal sofa sleeper. It features a memory foam mattress that is high quality. The sofa sleeper mechanism is a patented design that does not have uncomfortable cross bars, but rather a flat sleeping surface that is comfortable to get into and out of bed with sleeping comfort that is comparable to a normal memory foam bed mattress.
