Come enjoy this newly renovated beachy condo in the prestigious gated community of Bonita Bay! This condo sleeps 4 people comfortably with new furniture throughout, resort style pool, tennis courts, clubhouse and BBQ area. Renters can also take advantage of the beach club (currently undergoing renovation) beach shuttle(still operating to Lovers Key Beach and Doc's Beach) where attendants will set up your beach chairs and umbreallas. Just bring your sunscreen and a great book, put your feet in the sand and relax, enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing on the powdery soft sand. With amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron, AC, and heating, you'll have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Master Bedroom features coastal furniture with a king size bed and new mattress overlooking the tropical vegetation and golf course. There is ample space for all of your clothes in the oversized dresser and closet. Enjoy the new flatscreen tv with cable as you wind down after an eventful day outside. Attached to the master is a fully equipped bright and fresh new bathroom with quartz countertops and new fixtures.

A Pleasant Week in Bonita Bay

A nicely updated unit in a very good location near grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Excellent internet connection. The owner was very easy to contact and was quite helpful in sorting out the correct usage of the remote for the TV. We will be trying to stay here again.

My adult daughters stayed in this condo over the holidays as we visited with family. It is newly renovated, very clean and overlooks one of the fairways on the golf course. The owner was very easy to work with and communicate as needed! We will rent this unit again!

Lovely condo, newly renovated so I appreciated the newness and cleanliness. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need! Beach chairs, bikes, and beach towels… Tina thought of everything and my stay was wonderful! Tina is very responsive and helpful! I hope to be back!!

The unit is clean, updated, and comfortable with nice golf course view from the shaded lanai. There is a Welcome notebook provided which is full of useful information. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, small appliances, and like new appliances. Beds were comfy and nice size beach towels were available for pool or beach use. We loved the Bonita Bay community – the walking / bike paths and the shuttle to beach was such a nice perk. The brand new building at the beach is wonderful with grills, ice, water, bathrooms, showers, lockers, tables, and seating areas. The beach was typically packed however we always were able to find lounge chair seating with an umbrella. Kayaks were available on a first come first serve basis and we spent a relaxing afternoon kayaking on Spring Creek. Easy walk to promenade restaurants and farmers market. Communication with owner was great and timely. We appreciated being notified that the unit was ready for occupancy hours ahead of check in. Loved our stay with the only downside being our visit was too short.

My sister and I were so impressed and pleased with our rental in Wild Pines! It was beyond our expectation. Everything from the kitchen to the beds were sparkling fresh and new. The furnishings too were so nice and new and comfortable. Every inch of our unit was perfectly clean and so well supplied.Our host was terrific with help and information when needed. Thank you Tina! The location is wonderful and we look forward to returning next year. We just wish it were this very unit but it has already been spoken for.Mary T.
