Please note that Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025 through April 2026. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations:



Roof Work: Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays.

Atrium Work: Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation. Noise is possible, but building access will not be affected.



Parking: Some areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction.

Welcome to your coastal retreat at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. This sixth-floor condo faces southwest and offers relaxing views of the Gulf, bringing in warm afternoon light and a peaceful coastal atmosphere. While it does not have a direct sunset view, the screened balcony is a wonderful spot to enjoy the open sky, gentle breezes, and the tranquil surroundings. The beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with great options for dining, cafés, and waterfront activities nearby.



Inside, the condo is clean, comfortable, and set up for easy vacation living. The space includes a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided to help you settle in comfortably.



A starter set of essentials is included for your arrival. Guests will find small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, these consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.



The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities throughout the property remain under construction. Parking is free and open, and self check-in is simple with a personal door code provided prior to arrival.

With its southwest-facing Gulf views, comfortable interior, and close proximity to the beach, this condo offers a relaxing and convenient location for your stay in Southwest Florida.



Unit Summary:

Unit is provided with all living essentials. Beach Towels, chairs, bath towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc.

This unit is on the 6th floor of building 1 which is closest to the water. This unit looks over the Gulf of Mexico.

This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox.

There is an elevator in this building.

Beach access is right across the street.

Parking is free with a pass from the office.

This unit has a king bed.

No Smoking allowed at any time.

Not included: any consumable items, beach umbrella & refill paper products.
