Our beautiful Bonita Beach community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, and while some areas of the complex are still being refreshed, the beaches are once again stunning and easily accessible just across the street. The Gulf sparkles, the sunsets are spectacular, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere is very much alive.



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. Tennis courts remain closed at this time, though two temporary pickleball courts are available for guests.

The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area.



The living area includes a leather, powered reclining sofa and loveseat - perfect for relaxation, and a TV with community provided Cable. The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed balcony - and the stunning view of Bonita Beach and magnificent Gulf!



You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed freshly made for you with provided linens, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a walk-in closet to store your belongings.



The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower; bath and beach towels are included during your stay.



The kitchen has quartz full size upgraded appliances; cookware, dinnerware and small electrical appliances are provided - including drip coffee maker.

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.
