Our beautiful Bonita Beach community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, and while some areas of the complex are still being refreshed, the beaches are once again stunning and easily accessible just across the street. The Gulf sparkles, the sunsets are spectacular, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere is very much alive.



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. Tennis courts remain closed at this time, though two temporary pickleball courts are available for guests.



The Space:



This Bonita Beach and Tennis studio feels just like a home away from home - comfortably furnished, just begging you to relax - AND it offers one of the most desirable features in the complex - a straight-on Gulf view! Located immediately across the street from Bonita Beach this unit provides the perfect getaway for a group of up to 4 who loves the sun, sand and beach! On the 5th floor of desirable Building 1, it's closest to the beach access than the other building towers on property. The studio is thoughtfully outfitted and provides a great homebase for your visit to our tropical paradise beach town!



The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area.



The living area includes large-scale, plush seating including a sofa and 2 reclining chairs, and a TV with community provided Cable. The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed balcony - and the stunning view of Bonita Beach and magnificent Gulf!



There's no uncomfortable sleeper sofa here - the sleeping area has 2 queen beds, so everyone can enjoy a good night's sleep! Beds are made for your arrival with provided linens, there is a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a walk-in closet to store your belongings.



The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower; bath and beach towels are included during your stay.



The kitchen has full size appliances; cookware, dinnerware and small electrical appliances are provided for your use and convenience.



Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.



A beach umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are included with this unit.



The Community:



Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5 - this unit is in building 1.



While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House.



The Area:



Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!



This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.



No pets allowed.



Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
