Important Note on Nearby Construction
As part of Southwest Florida’s ongoing rebuilding and enhancement following Hurricanes Ian (2022), Helene, and Milton (2024), the neighboring property has been part of a general contractor–managed new build project.

According to the GC - the project is now nearing completion, with owner occupancy anticipated around April 2026, at which time construction-related activity is expected to conclude. All work has complied with local quiet hours, and heavy construction phases are already complete.

• No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking only outdoors with doors closed.
  
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
  
• No Commercial Use: Filming, photography, or audio/video recording for commercial or promotional purposes (including social media productions, advertisements, or brand collaborations) is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing. Any unauthorized production or recording activity will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund and may lead to additional legal or financial action.
