New construction, fully furnished and stocked with ALL NEW everything. Be one of the first to stay in this brand new masterpiece only 1.5 miles to the beach. This home has 2 levels, 5 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. Upstairs room is set up as a flex space which can also be used a second living room or game room. This large home has a bright, open and spacious floor plan. This home also features a laundry room, large walk in closets, entry way and pantry. Large sliding glass doors off the living room. Plenty of parking and a very private entrance. Drip coffee maker in the kitchen. Pool Heat is optional for $20 per night

The Space:
New construction, fully furnished and stocked with ALL NEW everything. Be one of the first to stay in this brand new masterpiece only 1.5 miles to the beach. This home has 2 levels, 5 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. Upstairs room is set up as a flex space which can also be used a second living room or game room. This large home has a bright, open and spacious floor plan. This home also features a laundry room, large walk in closets, entry way and pantry. Large sliding glass doors of the living room lead to a screened in lanai with a pool, spa, and sunshelf. There is an outdoor kitchen and dining area in the lanai with a mini fridge and grill. 3 car garage with 4 bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and toys are provided for use. No pets, No smoking, No parties. Pool heat is available for $20 per night and must be requested ahead of time. Downstairs bedroom as a King bedroom, Upstairs bedrooms... #1 King, #2 King, #3 King, #4 Full and Twin, #5 Queen pull out sofa bed and 2 sleeper chairs. Extra persons fee applies to groups over 8.

BEAUTIFUL AND WELL APPOINTED!

We stayed over the fourth of July weekend, starting on Thursday July 3rd thru the 6th. We enjoyed the spacious property, which was well appointed and accomodated our family well. The check-in and out process was simple and easy. The property is close enough to the beach that you can get there in 5min via automobile or you can use the many bikes available by the property which only takes approximately 10 to 15 min. We found the property to be clean and with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and one halfbath to be perfect. Additionally, communication with the property management was stellar. Thanks! ;o)

We were in town for a wedding. We had two families staying together and the house was perfect. Very nice accommodations and nice quiet area. The host was easy to deal with and I would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful brand new house, plenty of space. Outdoor space was perfect with covered sitting area. Great location close to everything. 1 mile walk to beach. Would recommend for group. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. A few minor issues hopefully management company will address with cleaners. They responded quickly to all questions.

Beautiful home, great space for a multi-generational family stay. Overall very comfortable with upscale features, including spa-like bathrooms. The whole family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

Excellent Bonita Springs Stay

My family and I including adults, children, and infant, enjoyed this wonderful property for a long weekend. The Location is just what we needed! Access to the beach if we wanted, but also an incredible pool at the property. The pool was a HUGE hit with the kids. We enjoyed using the grill by the pool and kitchen to prepare meals. We had a group of 11 so this.was a great alternative to eating out for meals. The bikes provided were great cruising bikes to check out the area. I would give the area a 8/10 for walkability and bike ability for leisure. The nearby beach was incredible. We had beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and coolers. We hardly had to pack anything besides clothing! I would recommend this house and location to a friend.

Fantastic Family Retreat

We had the best time in this gorgeous property. The property is beautiful, spacious, clean and has the best layout. We were a group of family ranging in age from 17 - 85 and this home was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool, cooking on the grill and playing cards at the dining room table. The kitchen was perfectly setup to cook all our meals while also engaging with everyone in the living room or sitting at the island. The location was perfect. We were within a few minutes to the closest grocery store and bikes were provided so we could ride around the neighborhood. The beach was also super close and we spent an afternoon enjoying a beautiful beach with tons of shells. This home was an amazing space for us to meet. We came from Texas, New York and New Jersey to be together and spend some time with each other. It was perfect. We highly recommend this property.
