The perfect vacation home exist, and it is less than 5 min away from the beach! This is a new construction where no expense was spared. PERFECT HOME – PERFECT LOCATION

Over 4200 sq.ft. under the roof of pure luxury, this home has it all. Mini Golf, artificial turf, very large and heated high end salt pool with 3 waterfalls, 10x10 large spa, full outdoor kitchen, pool/tennis table and much more to do.

4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms plus a large office with 2 car garage and a very large driveway. The backyard is huge and there is room for many activities to be done.

On the inside, everything is top of the line. When you walk in, a very detailed high end living room welcomes you to the house. Everything is meticulous designed for the ultimate experience. One of the Best Tv 77 inches Sonic Bravia XR OLED surrounded by very high end sectional furniture and 2 luxurious reclinable chairs the living room where you can watch the highest quality movies or tv shows available.

The open concept allows you enjoy a Great view of the pool from anywhere inside the living room, dining room, kitchen and one of the master bedrooms. Powered curtains, in every sliding door and high end tv in every bedroom are just a few of the details in the house.

On the kitchen, the supersized kitchen island with high end quartz countertops and backsplash all the way to the floor makes the kitchen perfect to cook or enjoy elaborating any type of meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, so all you need to do is get your ingredients and start making your best meal. TOP QUALITY APOPLIANCES, Induction cooktop, wall oven/microwave combo. There is a coffee station, a large pantry, and my favorite, a wine closet with capacity for more than 80 bottles.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms that are a dream, each one with its own bathroom, walk in custom closets. The Main master bedroom has a view to the pool, and it is just one door away to the outdoor areas. We thought the house and location were very nice, Alex did an excellent job with furnishings, etc. We would book from Alex again.One note that needs to be mentioned is that the pool heater did not work well at all. The hot tub never got past 92-96 degrees and it was set to 104, and forget about the pool. Both of which were needed for the cold spell we had while visiting. Alex mentioned he is going to switch out the electric pool heater with a gas propane heater, which would solve the problem. But until that is done, I would find other options in the area if a warm hot tub and pool are needed.

As we stepped thru the front door we saw the breathtaking view of the floor-to-ceiling windows leading the oasis in the backyard. Beautiful pool with fountain. Putting green, pool table and an outdoor kitchen. The house was immaculate with beautiful finishes. We enjoyed the gourmet kitchen. The location is perfect, close to 41 with many dining options.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our recent week-long stay at this breathtaking rental house in Bonita Springs, Florida, was nothing short of perfection. This stunning, practically brand new property is a true gem, offering every conceivable amenity to ensure an unforgettable experience. The gorgeous heated pool and spa, along with an expansive outdoor covered area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, ping pong and pool table, and outdoor TV, created endless opportunities for family fun. The large fenced-in backyard, complete with a putting green, was a delightful surprise.Inside, the house is a marvel of modern technology, boasting motorized window shades, digital locks, and the highest-end appliances. The primary suite bathroom and shower are truly the largest and most luxurious we’ve ever seen. The one-floor living design made it easy for our family of ten to enjoy quality time together.The location is unbeatable, with shopping and restaurants just a short walk away. The owner’s thoughtful touches, including bicycles and beach chairs, added to the already exceptional experience. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the owner’s exceptional hospitality and responsiveness. He went above and beyond, personally addressing an issue on a Sunday morning with a smile. His communication was flawless, making our stay truly seamless.We cannot praise this property and its owner enough. Our entire family fell in love with this incredible home, and we eagerly look forward to returning.

Excellent Rental, but Not a Home

My family stayed at the Blue Diamond Beach Home for the week of Thanksgiving 2024. We had 5 adults and 4 children. There are a lot of things to like about this place: convenient location, functional layout, well-appointed furnishings, etc. The check-in instructions were clear, the house was clean, and Alejandro the host was responsive. We also appreciated the unexpected amenities (e.g., washlets/bidets). I'm docking one-star because this property is not a "Beach Home." While the location was perfect for us, it's located 2+ miles from the nearest beach closer to a commercial corridor. By far, it's the nicest house in a sleepy neighborhood. More importantly, however, is it's quite obvious that no one actually lives here. It was built to be a rental and this showed itself in too many ways. The pool heater wasn't working properly - even after a visit from the pool tech. We set it to 85 degrees and it never got close to that temperature - despite several 80+ degree days. The recreational equipment was lacking - only 1 golf ball for the putting green, 1 pool cue with a tip, etc. Only 1-2 extra trash bags, paper towel & toilet paper rolls, etc. Lastly, for a house with so many bells & whistles, it really needs a house guide or equivalent. There were no instructions for the pool/spa controls, TVs, etc. We figured out some things, but others we probably never discovered. In summary, you can't go wrong with this house, but it falls a bit short of "the next level of luxury."

Amazing.......Lush Tropical......Must Stay

This property was AMAZING. We rented it for 4 adult couples that celebrated a 45 birthday. The house is crisp, clean and well decorated. The Pool area and back yard is where we spent 95% of our time. Large entertaining patio area, oversized pool with hot tub and waterfall overflowing into the pool. We set up cornhole in the back yard (turf) and played hours of cornhole as we enjoyed the comfort of the outdoor kitchen area with Pool table. I highly recommend this property.

This house was absolutely stunning!! although it was raining we were still able to enjoy the house and the amenities and the kids loved it! there was so much to do and it’s very spacious. We enjoyed our time a lot and the host was amazing and easy to get in contact with. There’s also a bar right behind the house that you can literally access by just crossing the street which was super convenient. And the property is close to a lot of stores and restaurant. We loved it!

Beautiful house with all the amenities! We lounged in the pool and were very comfortable in the house. The master shower was amazing! We enjoyed the variety of restaurants that were so close to the house. Excellent stay!

Relaxing time with family

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful property. My parents wanted to stay at a house where we could all be together, share meals, relax and enjoy each others company. This home allowed us to do just that and more. The home is spacious, we all had our own rooms, bathrooms but common areas to gather for meals and things like that. The pool, patio and outdoor kitchen were wonderful and used a lot during our time. The property manager was fantastic. Check in was a breeze. I can’t recommend this home enough. We are already talking about using it again another time. Thank you!

Amazing Home Base for Family Reunion!

I cannot recommend Blue Diamond highly enough! We had an incredible time. The house is *beautiful* and so comfortable. It has a great layout--three en suite bedrooms are spread in the corners of the house, so there is plenty of privacy. The pool is incredible, and the outdoor kitchen is also fantastic. Alex was very responsive and accommodating. Highly, highly recommended!

I recently stayed at a property booked through Vrbo, and it exceeded all expectations! The booking process was seamless, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our needs. Get Getaway for Holidays!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was exactly as advertised and provided us all the amenities we were looking for including the beautiful pool/spa. My sons are very active and there was no shortage of things to do in the property. When we ventured out, the location was central to the beach and our other friends in Bonita and Naples. There are great restaurants surrounding the property as well! Overall, a phenomenal experience and property and the property manager was also first class! We highly recommend this property for those of you that want a 5 star experience outside of a hotel!
