Ideally located just north of Naples and with close proximity to great shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The condo provides easy access to any venue, while at the same time providing a relaxed, nature-friendly atmosphere.

The apartment has been fully furnished to provide a great home experience. Beautiful open kitchen with everything that you and your family will need for a perfect vacation experience. The living/Dinning room has a perfect ambience to share moments with your love ones, all the furniture was selected thinking in your safety and your comfort. Board games, 58" TV, DVD, and books. Also, the living rooms has a comfortable sofa with a pullout full-size bed.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, with a spacious walking closet and a private bathroom, with a 50" TV for your comfort. The 2nd room has two Twin XL beds and a trundle bed and a guest bathroom with a tub.

Tatiana's condo was perfect for us. It is very well equipped for longer stays. She was extremely accommodating when our travel plans changed. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and seeing all the turtles, fish and otters in the local waterways. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Amazing week

We had an amazing week at Juan and Tatianna’s place. The condo was super clean and well furnished beyond our expectations! Kitchen, toiletteries, and even a welcome basket! Very comfortable, our family loved it. Close to the beach (less than 10min drive), close to shops and restaurants. The location is amazing. Very friendly neighborhood, we highly recommend this listing. We certainly would go back :)

Winter Escape

We had a great 2 week stay in this wonderful condo. It was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Tatiana and Juan were great hosts. They were very responsive to any questions. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The welcome basket was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The condo is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The pool was great, clean, never crowded and heated. We hated to leave and hope to come back next year.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is not located with in walking distance to the beach or most things. We enjoyed the screened in balcony. Juan was easy to contact . Locking the door was quite challenging until we figured out the lock.

We could have not been happier with our stay. VERY clean and well-maintained condo as well as the property itself is beautiful and quiet. It is centrally located to everything. The host was great as well. Very responsive and attentive. We will definitely be returning in the near future. You can tell the owners take pride in their place.

Condo was very clean. If there is some way to let visitors know you provide beach towels and hair dryers it would be helpful as I brought my own- I know I should have asked first. Good location for us. A lamp in the living room would be great since we had the bright light from the fan on all the time. I would stay here again

First Class

The property was well furnished, tastefully decorated, and well provisioned. We had only to run to the Publix for groceries and we were ready to vacation. We appreciated the welcome basket filled with drinks and snacks. Mel’s Diner is within walking distance and offers a great menu at attractive prices. We enjoyed the beaches every day, but parking can be a problem if you oversleep. Overall, highly recommended.

Lovely Condo

We love this condo. It was very clean and check in and check out was simple. The owners messaged right away to make sure we were all settled in. Located in gated community and a short drive to beaches and restaurants. Tv had streaming services and there were board games to play. The second bedroom was perfect with the trundle bed for our child under 3 to sleep in. There was also a stroller in the closet. It was great to have a washer and dryer, I always like to keep swimsuits and towels cleaned up during our stays at the beach. We had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this condo again!

The condo was excellent as was the location in Bonita Springs. Juan the host was very responsive. The condo met all of our expectations and was as advertised in it's listing. It is a very quiet community and it's amenities were very well maintained....pool, etc. The condo was well appointed with furniture, linens, etc and the kitchen was well equipped with associated utensils . owners went above and beyond!

This place is spotless! There were little baskets of supplies and a welcome basket waiting in the kitchen for us! Everything was easy here! Pool was nice. Location was great. Communication was simple. We are vacationing for a month, and this was our shortest stay. It was a couple days layover for kids to fly back home. Wish our stay would've been longer. This place was a great surprise. Fully recommend this property & owners! Thank you so much!
