Come enjoy this newly renovated 3rd floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the prestigious gated community of Bonita Bay! This condo comfortably sleeps 4 people with new furniture throughout, vaulted ceilings, resort style pool and spa, tennis courts, clubhouse and bbq area. Renters can also take advantage of the beach club beach shuttle, where attendants will setup your chairs and umbrellas. Have lunch at the picnic tables after grilling your meal at the bbq. Just bring your sunscreen and a great book, put your feet in the sand and relax, enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing on the private stretch of powdery soft sand.

Master Bedroom

Light and airy Bedroom with views out onto the lanai. Enjoy views of the beautiful golf course. Master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, has plenty of dresser storage and closet space for your stay. Enjoy the flatscreen tv with cable as you wind down at night after an eventful day outside. Attached to the master, is a fully equipped bright & fresh bathroom with granite countertops and new fixtures.

Bring the kids or friends to stay with you! Enjoy 2 twin beds perfect for kids, grandkids or friends. This bedroom also comes with plenty of storage a flat screen tv and attached updated bathroom.

Fantastic unit and owner

We love staying in Bonita Bay and Wild Pines is “the” place! Our unit was very well stocked (all the beach/pool stuff) and included bikes. The owner was extremely communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend Wild Pines and this particular 3rd floor unit near the community pool.

Property was very clean, stocked with all essentials, and Tina was easy to communicate with and answered promptly. . Location was close to many great restaurants. Bonita Bay is a wonderful development with three parks and many walking and bike trails. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bonita Bay Vacation

We stayed at the unit in mid April for 11 days. Tina could not have been more helpful and provided all we needed for a successful stay. The unit is perfect for 2-3 people/ or 2 couples / small family. Everything you can think of is provided from beach towels/coolers/bikes/ you name it as it is all provided for a turn key stay. Very clean, quiet, and on a beautiful grounds/complex of Bonita Bay

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was so clean, had everything needed in bathrooms and kitchen. Was well stocked. Tina was amazing. She was very prompt on getting back with any questions before, during and after our stay! I would definitely book again. This was our first stay in Bonita Bay and loved every minute of it. Lovely week in Florida. Perfect vacation condo; close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Very clean, decorated upscale, had all the kitchen amenities, bathrooms/showers perfect- even had shampoo available if needed. Washer/dryer and detergent for our needs. Golf course a stones throw away. Quiet area - just perfect.

Exceed my expectations

Tina, the owner, is extremely helpful and very attentive. Without a doubt I would rent with her again. The unit was well appointed and most things seemed new. The location is great and Bonita Bay is gorgeous.

Top ratings in all respects. Really nicely equipped kitchen, quality linens , tastefully decorated, nice cable TV package. Nice amenities; the Wild Pines section has its own pool&tennis; the Bonita Bay gated community has walking paths, bocce, pickle ball and a free beach shuttle. Relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere in a great location.
