Casita Bonita Studio

Ceci est un studio à cÎté de notre maison dans Bonita équestre qui est une communauté au sud du centre-ville de San Diego. La casita et notre maison sont situées sur 2 1/2 acres d'arbres et d'oiseaux. Il est meublé d'un lit queen-size, d'une salle de bains, d'une kitchenette et de sa propre entrée privée et d'un parking. L'emplacement permet d'accéder facilement au centre-ville de San Diego, à Sea World, à Coronado, aux bases navales, aux plages, à Aquatica, à Mattress Firm Ampitheater et à Tijuana. Les brises de l'océan rafraßchissent la région. Casa Bonita est un excellent port d'attache lors de la visite de San Diego et est également un refuge au milieu de la ville.

The host was very friendly and welcoming as were her three dogs. If you're allergic, you may wish to mention this to her or just be mindful there are dogs here but they were very sweet pups.We got a tour of the property and she left fresh limes from her orchard and eggs from her chickens. The casita and location were perfect for our needs - we were visiting my Mom who lives in the area. The bed was comfortable and I was able to make my coffee. ;) The space felt like a very large studio apartment with all the bare essentials (and then some).

Location, location, location! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. From the warm welcome by the entire family (including the adorable dogs) to the farm-fresh eggs and lemons, Jenny is an incredible host. The refreshing pool and comfortable AC were perfect. Our stay in Bonita was truly delightful. The casita was clean and well equipped with plush linens and towels, including all amenities mentioned in the description. What wasnt mentioned were the exceptional touches like plants and handpicked flowers. Fruits from their garden and fresh eggs straight from the the henhouse where also in the fridge for our arrival! We were so pleased to be in a safe and gated home inside 2 acres of serenity with mature landscaping, a lovely pool and the sweetest dogs to welcome us.

We would give this 10 stars, if possible. Very comfortable, both the casita and the grounds. Loved Jenny, our host, she is the best! It was fun having the chickens there, fresh eggs every morning, and roaming the property. Best of all, the dogs, especially Kizzy, who adopted us, stood watch outside our room whenever we were there, and followed us everywhere. We really felt like we had our own dog for a week! Can't wait to return, we miss it and Kizzy already!The property is only a mile from the village of Bonita, which has a great supermarket (Vons) and lots of restaurants. A great exercise path circles the municipal golf course there. When we return to the SD area, we will definitely stay at this property. It is close to everything in the San Diego area.

Exceptional environment and hospitality services

A hidden gem of tranquility in an urban setting. Jenny and her entire family were very accommodating and welcoming, not to mention generous with access to additional amenities. Worth every penny and perfectly located to my family’s location. Would recommend for a couple or family of 3 comfortably with air mattress they would provide. I will book again if available on my next visit. Thank you to the Sanchez family for an exceptional experience.

Property was exactly as stated, more so in my opinion. The grounds are nicely manicured, pool and jacuzzi clean and just a few feet away from the casita. Jennifer was super welcoming and available when needed. The casita itself was as described, perfect for my daughter and I. In and out privileges with gate code. Easy access to highway and shopping. Felt safe and secure. Peaceful and serene. Would definitely stay again!

Oasis Awaysis...

The hosts were all very kind and welcoming. Great property that is like a small oasis, just a hop, skip and jump from all that San Diego has to offer. While the hosts were great, we absolutely LOVED spending time with Ms. Tara, Maxi and Kizzy, the dogs. Anytime we were in the Casita, Kizzy was stationed right outside the door. We already miss the pups.

Amazing Oasis

My daughter and I stayed for a week long Dance competition. The host and family was so wonderful and welcoming! My daughter was wished good luck by the family each day. The fresh eggs and loves from the most well behaved dogs was equally amazing!!! Can’t wait to return.
