Welcome to Piper Ridge â your Stratton Mountain retreat. This sun filled, warm and inviting 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome offers comfort, style, and convenience with plenty of space for families or groups. Set in one of Strattonâs most desirable communities, the home features soaring ceilings, mountain views, and multiple cozy living areas ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. There is a Stratton resort parking pass for you to use during our stay!
Must be 25 years of age to reserve.
The main living room boasts a stunning stone fireplace, plush sectional seating, and large windows overlooking the trees and mountains. A second den provides even more space to spread outâperfect for kids, movie nights, or remote work.
Youâll love cooking and gathering in the updated kitchen and large dining area, designed for hosting aprĂšs-ski meals. The deck off the living room includes a grill and peaceful woodland views, offering a private spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in all seasons.
The sleeping layout is ideal for groups:
-Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom
-Two additional guest bedrooms
-Bunk room, great for kids or singles
-Three full bathrooms for easy mornings
Additional features include:
-On the Stratton Shuttle Route â leave the car parked and enjoy stress-free access to the mountain
Parking for 2 vehicles plus a guest parking pass
This Piper Ridge condo blends classic Vermont charm with modern comfort in a bright, welcoming setting. Whether youâre skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing fireside, itâs the perfect home base for your Stratton getaway.
You can access the property with a code to a lockbox just outside the door.

We are not set up for large groups or parties, and we do not allow pets. You must be 25 years of age to reserve. For the safety of our home and compliance with building/insurance requirements, all guests must have a fully verified Airbnb profile. This may include Airbnbâs government ID check.
Before you Leave/Departure Information:
Check out time is 10am
Before your departure, we`d appreciate if you can take care of the following:
1. Strip the beds and leave bedding and used towels on the floor in front of the washing machine
2. Load the dishwasher and start it
3. Turn heating down to 50 degrees
4. Check that doors and windows are all closed/locked
5. Return the Parking Pass to the Mudroom Bench
6. Return the unit key to the lock box at front door
