This place has it all. A hot tub, heated pool, and sauna. An expansive deck with amazing views. A gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and plenty of cooking space. A game room that's to die for with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and even a pinball machine! The amazing pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend until September 7, 2025. Outside this period, the pool will be closed with a safety cover.

We have a library with a personally curated selection of books for the whole family. We have a top-notch movie collection to enjoy in our media room that even has its own professional-grade popcorn machine.

The house is decked out with the latest in high tech gadgets inspiring one of our guests to describe the house as "insane". We have Sonos speakers throughout the house (and even outside) that you can use to stream your favorite music.

And yes, of course, a fireplace, fire pit, gazebo, and a mini-luxury playhouse!

We take extra efforts to offer an eco-friendly visit and use solar panels, a Tesla Powerwall backup system, and electric car chargers.

Enjoy all our accommodations! The pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend until September 7, 2025. Outside this period, the pool will be closed with a safety cover.

We want to let you enjoy your time in the house and will leave you alone. However, if you ever need any assistance, our caretaker Michael is available to ensure you have a delightful stay. During the summer Michael will be by daily to maintain the pool and take away any trash. During the winter, Michael will handle snow plowing and trash removal.

We are located only 7 minutes away from Stratton Mountain base lodge and village. Not only is this super easy access to skiing and snowboarding, but the village is charming and offers cafes, a pizza joints, multiple pubs, some higher end restaurants, a grocery market, several stores for clothing and supplies, and even a spa offering massages.

But it isn't just Stratton you are near. Stratton Mountain is part of Vermont's "Golden Triangle" -- which also contains Bromley Mountain (20 minutes away) and Magic Mountain (20 minutes away). On top of this, Mount Snow is only 30 minutes to the south and Okemo is 40 minutes to the north. Killington is also accessible and voted the best of all by our teens.

For the summer enthusiast, all of those mountains mean there are plenty of opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. We are also only 5 minutes away from the Stratton Mountain Golf Course for those who want to get a day on the links.

If you are looking for a day of factory outlet shopping, Manchester is only 25 minutes away.

We have plenty of parking on site for 6 cars in the driveway.

The house has a standard level 2 EV charger (charges about 20-40 miles per hour).

While saying at the house, there are a number of amenities that you may use at your own risk. These include:

Pet fee is $100/per night per pet.

Upon booking, the person who booked will be required to sign a rental agreement and pay a security deposit.
