Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, leaf peaking, swimming, boating, fishing, farm visits, equestrian events, tubing or just to mention a few.



In harmony with nature inside and out, you and your loved ones will feel that mountain vibe the moment you arrive at the retreat and take your first deep breath of clean Vermont air. Ahhhh… The Chalet’s chocolate brown exterior and clean lines effortlessly blend with their natural wooded surroundings, but you’ll discover this home’s true beauty inside. Upon passing through a mudroom where you can stash your skis and boards after a long day on the slopes, you will enter the Great Room with soaring double height ceilings, cozy Southern Pine walls, a floor to ceiling fieldstone fireplace and expansive windows that bathe the space with oodles of natural light. The Chalet’s well-equipped kitchen opens into the Great Room so everyone can hang together while preparing meals, and features stainless steel appliances, Vermont Green Marble countertops and many of the best small appliances and everything else you might need to whip up a fancy gourmet meal. Whether you feel like connecting with your inner chef and making the most of Vermont’s local purveyors or just need a cup of coffee to start your day, you are going to love this kitchen. And if that wasn’t enough, after a day on the slopes, the lake, hiking or ‘leaf peaking’, why not treat yourself to a night of Margaritas served up at the snazzy wet bar just off the Great Room? Sounds like the perfect ending to a great day, and it’s waiting for you here.



The Chalet is Zen but not without thoughtful consideration of your needs. We’re wired! Yes, even in the ‘wilds’ of Vermont you can stay in touch and yes, there is a large flatscreen TV connected to all the best streaming services. You’ll also have access to desktop computer or you can use own your laptop, either way the house offers free WiFi throughout. While The Chalet is a perfect retreat for a recharge it’s also a great family and friends get-a-way. There is a Ping-Pong table with a lounge area in the bonus room for those seeking a real ‘virtual’ game! This area can also be used for additional sleeping space using the two queen-sized air mattresses provided. Conveniently, there is a full bathroom located off the game room.



What about sleeping space? The Chalet offers four bedrooms that can accommodate eight people, a maximum of six adults. Guests can choose between a room with a queen bed or one with a sleeper sofa on the first floor with a full bath or a queen and ensuite bath on the second floor. A spacious master bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bath are located on the first floor for easy access.



What else? Oh yes, a beautiful deck where you can show your chops on the gas Weber grill! A stone fire pit perfect for a weenie roast, s’mores, marshmallows or just sitting around being mesmerized by the dancing flames. Look up!
