The Farmhouse - has 4 Bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 + cots or z-beds if required, but 4 adults comfortably: a master bedroom with superking bed and ensuite bathroom (power shower over the bath, underfloor heating); a family room with superking bed and bunk beds; a third upstairs bedroom with kingsize double or twin single beds and a very small downstairs bedroom with kingsize double or twin single beds off the kitchen, utility area. Upstairs is the main family bathroom with slipper bath and there is an additional shower room with WC downstairs. Includes private parking, private enclosed garden, private hot tub, 4 TV's with dvd's.

The Farmhouse features a large dining/kitchen, fully equipped, including a full size double electric oven and ceramic hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and large farmhouse table for family get-togethers and entertaining. Through the kitchen is a small Utility Room with boot/coat storage and back door leading out onto the private back garden with washing line.
Off the Utility Room is the very small downstairs bedroom, which can have either a kingsize double bed or twin single beds. Just across from the bedroom is a shower-room and toilet.
Through the spacious sitting room, which has a large flat screen TV, contemporary sofas and woodburning stove is the conservatory/playroom/music room which opens out onto the private back garden and terrace with Hot-Tub, BBQ area and garden dining furniture to seat 8. The conservatory has a flat screen, DVD player and midi HiFi.
Outside, The Farmhouse has its own private drive, parking, hot tub and private garden.
Upstairs are the remaining 3 bedrooms: – the master bedroom with superking bed, flat screen TV with Freeview channels and ensuite bathroom with power shower over the bath and underfloor heating.
The second bedroom is a large family room with a superking bed and a pair of full size bunk beds (sleeping 4 in total in this room if required) and flat screen TV with Freeview channels.
The third bedroom upstairs is a small bedroom which can have either a kingsize double bed or twin single beds.
Across from the third bedroom is the family bathroom, newly refurbished with a luxurious double-ended slipper bath and underfloor heating.
The Farmhouse will accommodate two separate families, sleeping 4 adults very comfortably and up to 4-6 children + cots.
