Beautiful thatched house with large garden and terrace, ideal for families.

The Space:
On three floors, the spacious semi-detached house with thatched roof combines a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Together with the attic, you have plenty of space for your vacation on over 100 m². The beach is around 300 m away.

On the first floor of the vacation home is the spacious living room with a cozy dining area, sofa and integrated kitchenette. The guest WC with walk-in shower and the entrance area can also be found here.

Access to the 15 m² south/west-facing furnished terrace is directly from the living room and provides an unobstructed view of the garden/pond and the conservation area. Extensive technical equipment with flat screen TV, stereo system with Bluetooth function, CD player and radio, Blue Ray player, Playstation can be found in the living area. In the very well-equipped modern kitchenette you will find an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave.

The two bedrooms on the top floor have double beds (2x180x200 cm) and wardrobes with plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a bathtub and an additional shower. The attic also has a sufficiently large storage room for suitcases and bags, as well as a washing machine.

In the loft there is another bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200 cm). Two of the bedrooms in this vacation home have a flat-screen TV.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this beautiful non-smoking vacation home. A note for allergy sufferers: all floors in this vacation home except for the loft (linoleum flooring) are tiled. Bicycles brought along can be parked safely.

The vacation resort on Mariannenweg is situated in a traffic-calmed location in the second row. The parking lot is located directly at the entrance to the resort. Access to the resort is guaranteed by a barrier system. Only vacationers of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access. The beach is only approx. 300 m away.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.

It is important that the tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in advance on request. A deposit of €250 must also be paid in cash on arrival.
