We are pleased to present our freshly renovated and modernized vacation apartment for 2023. The apartment is completely ground level, has underfloor heating, thermal insulation, triple glazed wooden muntin windows and offers space for up to 5 people.

Our pretty vacation apartment is quietly located and has two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a flat screen TV. In addition, there is a smaller bedroom with a pull-out single bed that can be extended to a width of 1.40 meters. For your convenience, there are also two bathrooms with shower and toilet, including a washing machine.

The cozy living area is equipped with a smart TV, a digital guest folder with web radio and an inviting fireplace stove, which provides cozy hours. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Here you can develop your culinary skills according to your mood.

The highlight of our apartment are the two terraces with a barbecue and garden. Here you can enjoy relaxing hours outdoors and breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air. A free car parking space is located directly on the property, so you can easily park your vehicle.

The apartment is located in the center of Boltenhagen, only 870 meters from the pier and the beach. So you can easily reach the beautiful sandy beaches and the sparkling sea on foot.

So that you can stay connected to the digital world during your vacation, we offer fiber optic cable WLAN in the vacation apartment.

A 5-kilometer-long sandy beach, crystal-clear water and an imposing cliff make the Baltic resort of Boltenhagen a unique vacation destination on the Baltic Sea. Whoever comes here sends his soul on vacation. Last but not least, it is probably the flair of the place and the friendliness of the 2,600 inhabitants that draw tourists to the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen again and again. Old guesthouses in typical spa architecture, but also villa-like vacation homes can be found in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. Everywhere you can enjoy freshly caught fish. You can sit comfortably in the Weiße Wiek and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the marina with 350 berths. And if you walk the 290 meter long pier out onto the Baltic Sea, you will see white sandy beaches, the lovely town and the calming sea. This is how life can be!

Boltenhagen is subject to spa tax (from 16 years): High season - 2,80 p.p /day, Low season - 1,90 p.p /day, Pets are also welcome and are charged 12 EUR per night. Bed linen can be booked in addition if needed. The price would be EUR 19.80 p.p. and also includes 1 shower towel & 1 towel p.p.. On arrival the beds are then immediately made.
