The living room leads to a private balcony with a view of the historic centre, furnished with a table, perfect for breakfasts and outdoor meals and for spending moments of relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is functional and well-organised, equipped with comforts to cook with peace of mind. The sleeping area offers a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine furnished with a sofa bed. The layout is completed by a master bathroom and a service bathroom.
